Comments: man, this is an absolutely fantastic story. i just stayed up all night and read it straight through. i can't believe that it doesn't have more reviews... but i guess since you posted it all in one go people are less inclined to comment on every chapter. i really like how you introduce things by just sort of tossing a conversation at the reader without an explanation and letting him/her puzzle it out as the pieces fall into place. mostly regina's history and those phone calls with li i suppose. oh, i also thought that the spells and others forms of magic and mermaid history you wrote about were quite good. some plot bits seemed a bit forced or made things too convenient...like the prophesy about snape and that deus ex machina house frozen in time. but they were fun regardless. anyway, great all over! i hope maybe you'll think about that sequel again someday!
