This was such a great story, I LOVED how you didn't just skim over the fact that Draco will always be a git, because that is what makes Draco "Draco". The way you wrote him was brilliant. And the way you've brought Ginny into his life was awesome.

Author's Response: I really wanted to show that Draco is still who he is, just with different circumstances. I didn\'t gloss over how much he could hurt someone if he chose, and how broken in spirit all the characters could be. The end might seem a little abrupt or anticlimactic, but it felt the most true at the time. Nothing really changed by the end of the story in terms of characterization, just the circumstances. They\'re still dictating Ginny\'s life, but at least now it\'s not so destructive. I\'m glad you\'ve enjoyed the ride. :)

Going back to the beginning of your story, I love your plot. Its very well written, and awesome how well Lily and Draco get along.
Back to this chapter, I'm so glad you showed Lily and Scorpius getting along at the end of it. But poor Draco....what's wrong with him, I wonder?

Wow. This keeps getting better and better with every chapter (even though this chapter is sad). I love this story.
I loved it, I feel for everyone, its a shame that Draco, Ginny, and Lily got affected badly in this one chapter. Stupid James and Albus for making Lily feel that way...but im glad Draco seems like hes starting to open up about whats bothering him! And poor Draco...20 years later, and all of what had happened in the war still following him so much. It is really quite heart wrenching, all the pain that their going through, but whats a D/G story with out a little angst?
Keep up the good work, and a big THANK YOU for the regular updates. I usually don't read WIPs, but this one caught my attention from the very beginning, like I said in my last review.

Wow, that was so sad, but so beautiful, with a perfect ending. The beginning was heart-wrenching, but im so happy Ginny finally confronted her mom.
And the end, beautiful. Ginny saying "'this is just perfect'", then Draco "gathered her back into his arms and kissed her" was PERFECT. It made me so so so happy.
I LOVE this story. Hope you had a good holiday, and keep up the great work.

Anyway, loved the chapter as usual :). The overly-red room for the boys made me laugh, when everyone was commenting on it. I'm so so so happy that Scorpius is going to look out for Lily, being the big brother, its awesome that they're getting along so well now! WOW Harry showed up?? Thats...odd.
