wow! i started the story about a week ago but left on vacation and didn't get to finish it. loaded it the first chance i got to log on to the internet while on my vacation and LOVED how things panned out. i can't wait to read your other works!
your characterisation of ginny is amazing, and i adore how she's such a strong female lead. the plot is unique and the entire story is a great depiction of a post-war world. keep it up!
Author's Response: The fact that you loaded the story while on vacation tells me a lot about how into the story you were. I'm so flattered! :) I'm glad you enjoyed the story as much as I had while writing it. I tend to write really dark and angsty things, so my usual Ginny and Draco are such flawed, broken characters that I would ordinarly want to ship them to a therapist. In this story, these are characters that I would love to get to know more. I like writing them this way, and I liked seeing how they were dealing with this new world after the war. This is probably a world where I would *want* to go back and see how things pan out. :)
Draco doesn't remember their past together, and now she's just a Weasley to him. Ginny will do anything -jump through all the hoops, pose as an interior decorator, tap dance -ANYTHING- to break the spell that erased his memory and make him love her again.Category: Long and Completed
oh no! i didn't realise this was a wip when i started reading. and now i'm hooked! i think this is a lovely story, and different from all the memory loss fics i've read so far. i'm really enjoying your portrayal of both ginny and draco, and your descriptions of characters, places, events - everything - is quite wonderful.
do you post your stories elsewhere, like livejournal for example? it'd be much easier to keep track of updates that way ;)

I don't post at livejournal -though I do have an account at ff.net- but I totally recommend you hang around here. I don't let more than a week go by without updating, and the quality of what I post here is by far superior to my work elsewhere, I'm ashamed to admit. Bear with me, and trust me, it's better here! LOL. Meanwhile, I do have some other fics up, and I think you'd like those, as well! Can I persuade you to read those while I update? ;)
