what can I say? Just as Embellished said: "When Mynuet featured this story, I took it as a sign that it was time for me to reread it (not for the first time!). Then I realized that I have probably never reviewed it, so here I am making amends. :)"
This story touched me as it did the first time, and I read it in one breath, even letting my worldly obligations aside. Superb!

Author's Response: (*Finally* figured out how to respond to reviews...) Thanks for rereading and still admiring!

Seems that you've misplaced chapters 4 and 5... I wonder why or if nobody noticed that. By the way, great fic so far!

Author's Response: Thank you so much for pointing this out! There are arrows up and down for chapters when they are loaded and one must have gotten hit. I fixed it- I *think* and I am so glad you let me know! Anyone else reading it was probably like what??? Thanks again! I am glad you are enjoying it.

It's been so long since you posted the last chapter that I could continue to live a normal life, and even forget to worry about what Harry would say. I couldn't sleep well for a week, and even if you made me hate Harry by this point, all I could do was hold to the silly hope that he was a Gryff after all, and he was goddamn Harry! And all the things about choices Dumbledore always told us came to mind. And finally you didn't disappoint and The-Boy-Who-Lived stopped being a prat for a second and did the right thing as it was expected of him, The Hero of the Wizarding World. Even if afterwards he showed that he is capable of hating, but then, after choosing what was right, i think I can forgive his harsh words.
What one can say about Draco? He is always so real in your story, so selfish but generous with whom he cares. Or whom he feels possessive about...
Ginny, never saying a word, is so present and crucial in this turning of the events, her only word beeing her brother's name, always thinking about others wellfare instead of hers. So completelly opposite of Draco, and so perfect for him, bringing what he has best inside his soul.
And to finish the review, it's a relief that Snape is well and whole as well, Draco still needs him so much.

But... And always there's a "but"... Is it just me, or anyone else has this feeling that we're coming to an end?

*hurries to grab a new parachute, since my last one was utterly destroyed last chapter and I ran out of them*

He fought the Dark Lord, din't he? He may be a bloody sutip prat but he could do that, lifting the Imperius Curse at age 14 and stuff. Oh, gods... Now the only thing we have is to put our faith in The-Boy-Who-Keeps-Being-Annoying... And Ginny... She DOES really love Draco, yay!

Pleasepleaseplease let Snape survive this ordeal, and keep his sanity intact. I'm worried about Draco's health as well, the whole 6-month thing, but I guess in this place of power it doesn't matter. Now waiting for Ginny and the rescue! *Hmmm the virtual chocolate-chip cookies are almost ready*

Ok, so the big bad mean guy entered the building. How could he? I don't think the protective spell failed, because it worked for Ron, so, this Rufus guy is meddling with really powerful stuff. His wand working inside the building is kind of a proof of this isn't it? But maybe if Hermione could have completed the spell it would be stronger. Great that Harry couldn't pass through the scales, anyway. And Draco, omg, poor dear... Hadn't he suffered enough?

That was the cherry on top of everything. I feel sorry about Hermione, though, she looks so... tired. I'm worried.

We are meddling a lot with ancient magic, aren't we? Loved to know when Draco's obsession with Ginny started. And, as usual, there is Snape trying to help in any small way he cans. Perfect! And the daily updates... Yummy!

Daily updates are just so like fresh coffe in the morning... Wait! I don't drink coffe! Ok, gonna miss that. I love the way Snape made his entrance at the meeting and the way he takes over the whole thing with few words. And Hermione getting more and more nervous and insecure of the plan just because of his presence, fully knowing what Harry and her are doing with poor Ginny. And in the end, once again doing what he does best: teaching. Pity Harry is so thick as always... *sigh* Even if the daily updates stop, I'm keeping an eye on my MSN mail warnings just in case. =)

Daily chapters... Yummy! And I taught may hotmail not to throw the archive e-mails in the junk folder, so, as I'm always connected to MSN, I nearly jump of excitement when the tiny number (1) appears, telling me that there's a new chapter of this fic out. Yes, becoming addicted and dying to know what happens next. Continue with the good work!

Ok. How may I begin this? I DON'T WRITE REVIEWS! Ever. It just happened that I stumbled over this particular fic that I don't know why I haven't read before since you're listed in my favorites. Then I started reading, FROM CHAPTER ONE! And I had three essays due for tonight's class, and I managed to write them all in 47 minutes. I went to class about chapter 28, and right as I was back home I continued reading, since I was so entranced by your evilness. It's 1:32 in the morning (at least here in Brazil) and I just discovered that I HATE YOU.
Ok. I think that was the whole idea. Then again, please please please update soon!!!

There's the tiny little mistake of you saying that Ron was there instead of Ginny. Maybe we're going to learn soon where he is and what he is doing after all, and you subconciously wrote his name in this chapter... Now, dropping the psychology crap. Why was Arthur arrested? Does that mean people in Azkaban won't have a chance to be forgiven? Does that mean that the Dementor's Kiss will be back as a punishment for crimes in the wizarding world? Does that mean... Oh my God! So many possibilities... And the idea of Hermione bonding with Snurk and streghtening the protective spell was so cute. I don't know... I wanted more of the soul ceremony, it was quite simple that way, but at the same time, it was perfect that way. Good luck at your presentation, if only I could go to the USA, but then is a bit to far from Brazil, and the exchange rates are to high. *sigh* I NEED daily updates!!! *off to find something sweet to eat*

What was the evergreen doing at Bella's room? I know she hasn't wake up, in theory at least, but, as Draco could use the tree to overhear Ginny's conversation with Snape, couldn't Bella possibly do the same?
I went for a weekend in Rio de Janeiro, so I missed the daily updates, but thinking again, it was nice, since I could see the trail of parachutes before me and be warned about the cliffies.
Spectacular work, as usual. *bows*

Ginny is being awfully irrational, and I'd NEVER thought Draco to be so concerned about something other than himself. Well written as usual, and left us hanging again... your tricks never seem to cease, uh?

I'm completely wordless.
Ron and Mione are so cute, and their love is so beautiful, and of course he would forgive anything, specially because it was something that happened to her. I kept remembering when she escaped, wanting to bring Snurk with her.
And about this big Andrew and Alistair's secret... What could it possibly be?
And Ginny's real feelings?
So many questions...

Brilliant! I couldn't read your last chapter yesterday morning, so I read them both together. I'm so glad it isn't coming to an end... yet.
But aren't you tired of keeping them apart? First he can't leave the island, now is she that has to go.
Wondering what he will discover about what's going on...
And hoping not too bad happens to Snape and Ginny, even if we already know that they won't escape unscrached.
Oh, my! Where's today chapter? *-*

Ok... First "Fernando de Noronha" (note spelling ;D ) then, "Brigadeiro trees"... You surely have met some Brazilian people around... Just the thought of "Brigadeiro trees" made my mouth water. And, hey! Did you know there's a way of making them using a microwave? My special secret recipe! ^^

Author's Response: No wayyyy... IN THE MICROWAVE? How much for that recipe??? (Not that spending a half-hour by the stove isn\'t a pain, but...) Shoot did I misspell Fernando de Noronha? You\'d think that having been there I would know how to write it. My bad. :/

She is slipping. I can tell that.

And one thing I really like in this fic is the quantity of references. Shows that you have done your homework. ^^

You didn't answer my question in the other review: any Brazilian friends? How can you possibly know about brigadeiros? And more, how do you know how to make them? Puzzles me. I won't give my secret recipe if you keep me wondering. ^~

Author's Response: Eh? I thought I had responded... My bad. My baby-sitter was Brazilian, and the fact that she\'s become more like a sister to me definitely helped me get acquainted with Brazilian culture. She taught me how to make brigadeiros (though I have a hard time pronouncing the word). Thanks for the review. She is slipping, indeed... Faster and faster, in fact. As to references, research is something I like. Too much, perhaps... ;) [can I have the secret recipe now? pleeease]

Sorry for the late review! I read this chapter the day it came out.
Well, I see what you're doing with her frequent slips, but then, one cannot change to the core. And maybe WE see them better 'cause we know who she is, but looking from the other characters point of view, it's not that obvious. It's a really tricky balance you're maintaining here.
Now, with this not-so-unexpected situation of Blaise keeping an eye on her, those slips are going to be more crucial.

Well, I looked in your profile for some e-mail or msn, but there's none. No mistery in the microwave brigadeiro recipe.
Sweet condensed milk, and Nesquick as usual (there is a range between 2~4 tablespoons of Nesquick, based on personal taste), but in this case you don't use butter (yeah! so it's kindda lighter!) and you just mix the condensed milk and Nesquick together in a HIGH bowl.

(Note the HIGH part, it's important, you can use a bowl heighing about 10cm. Remember when milk boils it goes all the way up, so when you are doing the regular way you keep stirring it, in the microwave you won't).

8~10 minutes in the higher potency, always depends of the microwave, and voilá.
There you get your brigadeiro without effort. ^^

Author's Response: No problem! We\'re not on a time schedule, are we? ;) Slips are going to become dangerous very VERY soon. In fact, next chapter (number 12) is the first step toward the downfall. Question being: how eager will Blaise be to tell Draco is wife is Ginny Weasley, eager to get her revenge on him? He might be decapitated in the process, like those messengers of Nero who were killed when they rbought bad tidings... (jk about the decapitated part. we like that nice little head of his on his manly shoulders) Thanks a bunch for the review AND the recipe. I will try this very soon, mwahahahaaaa.

Oh! I was sooo happy for the children! Their happiness really was contagious!
About the ghosts, I think it was a strong experience, and you wrote it so perfectly that I felt I was there... In the begining I thought anyone could see the others ghosts, but in the end you made clear it isn't so. Relief...

Author's Response: I\'m glad you were touched by the children\'s happiness. Few things make me happier myself... :) The ghosts could have been treacherous, indeed, but everything was fine until the kiss. Some things Draco Malfoy doesn\'t forgive, and his wife\'s diverted affection is one of those. Understandably enough.

Ok... It's past midnight and I'm nearly dying of a headache, then I was calling it a day and just one secondo before shutting everything off there came the warning of a new chapter of one of my favorites.
The headache is suddenly gone and I was eager to read it throughly. ^^
Uhuhuhuhuhu they're going to heve a baby!!! (aka "Malfoy's heir")
Why didn't Draco think about that before? *wide grin imagining the surprise she will have*
About Zabini discovering who she is, I think, as you said before, whe will be really careful about the way he will break the news.
Nice touch about Draco wishing she didn't have his mum hair. ^^
And she is being more herself each passing day. No good, no good.
Yay! First review!

Author's Response: Well I\'m glad this help, though Advil or Motrin have similar effects regarding headaches ;) Yeaaaaaah, they\'re going to have a baby... Unless Ginny does something crazy when she realizes she\'s pregnant... Then Draco would have to prevent her from harming herself and/or the baby (or would he...) Zabini IS going to be a threat, though he isn\'t as bad as one may expect him to be. He\'s merely loyal to Draco... And you\'re right, Ginny is letting herself go, probably because she feels so comfy with fandom\'s handsomest wizard. Thanks for reviewing, as always :D
