I am a 5'2'' red head who can't get enough of Draco and Ginny, and who thinks that they deserve as much (if not more) attention than the Boy-Who-Lived. I just started writing again, but this time I've started writing fan fiction for the Harry Potter universe. I think I'm much better at just plain writing, but I love the D/G-ship, so I thought I'd try out a couple of stories here. :-)

Your chapters are great but very short. I don't really consider the singing an actual part of the chapter as it's basically just the script from Phantom. I would really like to see more actual inter-play between Draco and Ginny, like practicing out side of rehearsals or something that's more than singing.

Author's Response: Ha, I\'m sorry. :) Patrick\'s not leaving the show, he\'s just stepping down from his part. He\'ll still be directing. And there was no big reason for that, just that I wanted to put Blaise in the story ;)

Aw! They kissed! So romantic! And I believe that Blaise saying he liked Ginny before they went to practice might have had something to do with all the chemistry they might be able to have together on stage. This might turn out like an actual Phantom of the Opera, with Draco jealous because he couldn't tell Ginny his feelings and so Blaise got there first :-)

I like that you updated but in ll honesty putting mostly song lyrics in an update is not an actual update and I am very disappointed. :-\
I was looking forward to more actual chapter with actual interaction.

Author's Response: I think most people probably would\'ve assumed that it\'d be a song fic when the title is \"Angel of Music,\" but whatever.
A lot of people like the lyrics, and they represent just of much of the story as the written parts do, maybe moreso. Draco and Ginny both just went through some big changes, and you had to have the lyrics to understand what was running through my brain at that point.

I absolutely loved the punch and declaring war from the last chapter althoug I would have liked some more alonetime!D/G this chapter I suppose that it's all worth the wait if it comes out in the end.

Okay, so I went and watched the entire Live action show yesterday and wow. It's only 9 episodes long, but I loved it! I'm guessing that there are only those nine episodes? It ended very sadly I thought but hopefully it doesn't have to end tat way here, right?
Anyways, I saw the differences between your D/G fic and Hana Yori Dango and I have to say that I'm impressed that you kept the integrity of the plot-line when switching it over to D/G.
I also have to admit that after watching the party episode I was disappointed that you did have Draco and Ginny end up like the two main characters of Hana Yori Dango. But I guess all in good tme right?

Author's Response: Just to clarify, the party in THIS chapter wasn\'t the PARTY at the end of Episode 2. It was supposed to fill in for the incredibly unrealistic and UBER cheesy scene at the BEGINNING of episode 2, where he has her kidnapped to give her a makeover, and they have that conversation about money and whether or not someone can be bought.
Which means... there is still hope for what happens at the party potentially happening in my fic... *evil grin*

Yay for the update! I'm glad that you did! I had almost forgotten about this cute little fic because of my obsession with reading D/G fanfiction constantly and not having seen this one in a while.
I also just wanted to comment that as much as I love HYD it really bothered me that there was practically no show of a certain physical interaction between characters involving two people's lips meeting, also known as kissing :-)
I was hoping that your fic would perhaps include more of this particular action. ;-)

I know this song and what you wrote sort of potrays what I believe Avril was trying to get accross but there isn't really a story-line here.
Ginny is meeting Draco's parents and she wimps out of telling them something, which is unbeknownst to the reader?
I think it's a good start to a full-blown fic, but standing alone I'd have to say that there should be more storyline.
A great start though!
Author's Response: i figured that the reader could figure out from the end of the story, that she wanted to marry Draco, but couldn\'t tell him that.
