A Draco/Ginny fic in the view of, mainly, the trio...Ginny's got a secret, and the trio's determined to find out what it is...Rated for profanity in later chapters.Category: Long and Completed
Chapter 1: The trio discusses Plan A.
This was really good. Maybe a bit too much like Romeo and Juliet (which is all I could think about while reading this). I'm not sure if this has been pointed out to you or not, but when engaged one would wear their engagement ring on the left hand ring finger, not the right.
Ginny is an art dealer, and Draco has something that she wants.Category: Completed Short Stories
Aw, it's so cute!
In the Great Hall, someone is staring at Ginny. The undercover relationship of two family rivals. One-Shot.Category: Completed Short Stories
I felt that the end was lacking.. Something... Like more fluff and maybe a tiny arguement then progress to the kissing. But whatever, it was great anyways.
Draco decides to break it off with Ginny as he's engaged to Parkinson (who else?). Quidditch reveals all. Inexcusable fluff.Category: Long and Completed
But but.. They belong together!! NO..
Very well written. Although the first few chapters seemed a bit off, probably because of the ackward flashback to the beginning of Draco and Ginny's relationship, and to the war.. But otherwise very nicely done.. Even though Draco and Ginny didn't wind up together... =[
The good news is that magical chocolate really does have romance-enhancing properties. The bad news is that at Hogwarts, well, everybody's been giving chocolate to everyone else at Hogwarts for years. Including the giant squid. What will happen when the consequences catch up with them all at last?Category: Completed Short Stories
I always get a good laugh when I read this. Just letting my imagination run wild with all the terrible situations the characters are getting in, and who actually enjoys what they have to do. This is defently a great pick-me-up fic. xD
Draco and Ginny had a "moment" in the past that resulted in... another person. A person whose Malfoyishness was always mistaken for Weasley spunk.Category: Long and Completed
Umm ew! Sirius and Narcissa are RELATIVES! Relatives don't make out!
When Draco Malfoy finished Hogwarts almost a decade ago, he only looked back once - the moment Harry Potter choose to propose to Ginny Weasley. Finally convinced that the redhead is out of his heart and mind, he's engaged to another woman. What happens when Ginny has other plans?Category: Completed Short Stories
I would love to see a sequal for this fic. The ending you wrote makes one believe that there would be a continuation, and there hasn't been yet. So, please please please write a sequal!?
One day.. he'll stay.Category: Completed Short Stories
So.. What is so important that Draco can't stay?
Ginny Weasley is sent to stay with her grandparents until the war ends, as her parents want to keep her out of harm's way. Her grandparents have another guest, another person in hiding, and a relationship quickly blossoms between them. However, with the war and so many secrets around them, Ginny isn't sure how to make it work. Fluffy occasionally, but things can't always be perfect, can they? Decisions have to be made and consequences dealt with.Category: Works in ProgressFor a fleeting moment, she imagined that they would never hear from their families again, that they would remain together in Tuscany until they were old and gray, with great-grandchildren. Much to her surprise, the thought didn’t make her as sad as she thought it should.
So the only comment I really have to make is that you made a mistake with the Italian. You had Abri say, "... mio caro." When refering to a famale, like Abri was, it should be "mia cara." 'Cara' refers to a famale dear, and 'mia' has to agree with 'cara' in gender and number. - Other than that, I look forward to ever new chapter, and feel that they take way too long to come, but it's well worth the wait! =D
Author's Response: Thanks. I guess bable fish doesn't take into account genders! And sadly, fanfic does not pay bills, so things only get updated when I have the time, but I'm glad you are enjoying it. Thanks for the review.
There are just some smells a girl can't resist.Category: Completed Short Stories
Gah, I love the smell of freshly cut grass. =D
Ginny wants to tell Draco how she feels, but things aren't always as easy as they seem are they? Songfic based on "Things I'll Never Say" by Avril LavigneCategory: Completed Short Stories
Definently could have been longer. (Which would have made it better) .. But it's alright as is.
Author's Response: thank you
Song fic to Joss Whedon’s, “Walk Through the Fire”. Through the fray, Ginny and Draco search for each other.Category: Completed Short Stories
Loved it! I'm an avid Buffy fan, and was surprised that I'd never seen the song.. So I'd like to thank you for introducing me to it. =]
Author's Response: Cheers! Once More With Feeling is on of my favourite episodes.
Six single people are coerced into filling out a form that searches for one's perfect mate. What if the outcome isn't to their liking... at first? This is my take on LOTM's YLC Challenge over at WIKTT.Category: Long and Completed
*Couples include Draco/Ginny, Severus/Hermione, Greg/Luna*
**Runner up for round six of the Endurance catagory on the Multifaceted FanFiction Awards** http://multifaceted.creative-musings.com/winners06.htm
Although I'm a bit disappointed that there wasn't more D/G, it was still great.
Author's Response: Thanks! I\'m glad you enjoyed!
“He would wake up screaming and call to her because he forgot she was dead.” But one day, one day...he would be okay.Category: Completed Short Stories
I think that this could use a sequal. =]
And maybe a prequal? Nothing too long or anything, a one-shot would suffice, as long as it's longer than this. ^.^
Draco makes a mistake that he will regret for the rest of his life.Category: Completed Short Stories
Could've been a bit longer.. But I love how it seems like he cheated on her... Love it.
Author's Response: Not sure I could have kept it going much longer but I'm glad you liked it regardless of the length. Cheers for your review!
After a 'Woman's Ban' is put on the war, Ginny Weasley runs away to fight. Disguising herself as a man, she joins Camp Firmus Adstringo. Will she survive as a soldier when her commander is the love of her life Draco Malfoy? (Repost from FF.net)Category: Works in Progress
Very nice. I got interested in this fic here, and found you on FF.net to read the finished product; which could definently use some Beta-ing. There are a few plot points I don't agree with - like Ginny cheating on Draco. Someone that obsessively inlove would never sleep with someone else, let alone someone they know they don't have feelings for (aka Colin). Draco's cheating however is plausable as well as understandable. So it fits. I'd love to see it edited and finished here on D&G. I'd even edit it if you want. =] Just lemme know, and I can take what you have from FF and edit it - or something. =]
"It wasn't meant to be. They both knew it."Category: Completed Short Stories
This sort of reminds me of the movie, Atonement. Two lovers seperated by circumstances beyond them, and reunited in the afterlife. So sad.
What really happened in the DH Epilogue of Doom. Poor, poor Harry, so very clueless...Category: Works in Progress
Chapter SIXTY-NINE quote of the day:
Ginny scowled at him. “You don’t know me very well.”
Draco shook his head, his eyes more sorrowful than ever. “No. I don’t. Eternity wouldn’t be long enough for that.”
“Why do I feel as if we’ve suddenly wandered into the set of a men’s cologne commercial?” complained Lucifer.
“Can’t you keep your damn mouth shut, Lucifer?” spat Draco.
“Please… really… I don’t think you should talk to him that way,” whispered Ginny.
Our work is effected by our lives. Even if it's not directly. That boy will one day realize what he gave up, but you'll be long gone. On to bigger and better things. Just remember that these characters are you're puppets, and you are their master. They do whatever you wish them to.
Aw.. When is Draco coming back? This trip down memory-lane was kind of boring.. But extremely useful at the same time..
This is getting so confusing... But I like it. =] Will we ever see the "future" Draco again?
Secrets. Children. Lies. Dark Arts. Dark Marks. Love. Lives Lost. Nobody ever said that Ginny and Draco would have an easy relationship.Category: Works in Progress
The one main thing I don't like about this fic is Rose. Well, not her as a character, it's more of how you portray her. Four-year-olds don't sleep in a crib, they have beds. And they can talk, probably in full, understandable sentences. My neice is two, and she sleeps in a bed, and talks in almost-full sentences.
And overall it's kind of boring. But that's just my opinion..
Author's Response: Hmm, I\'m sorry you feel that way. About the four-year-old thing, the reason I made her four is because my cousin is four. She can talk but you can\'t understand her so she generally just uses one or two words.\r\n\r\nAs for the boring, I\'m sorry you think that. Do you mean the plot is boring? Or do you mean my writing is boring? I\'d be much better off if you\'d give details.
I'll have to go back and re-read the last chapter, it was around 1am where I am when I wrote this, and I had woken up around 7am yesterday morning.. So I was really tired. But from what I remember, everything was very cliché. Man goes away, leaving pregnant girlfriend whom he doesn't know is pregnant,to do evil deeds. Man comes back and spends time with child and girlfriend. Man leaves. Girlfriend and child are then captured. Man finds out and attempts to save girlfriend and child. And at somepoint someone (whether it be the man, or someone close to the man, or girlfriend) dies.. And it could possibly be the quickness that Ginny took Draco back. I mean, if my boyfriend left me and then just shows up without saying anything for four years. I know it'd take awhile before I let him back in my life.
A short sentimental piece about watching those we love carry on. **SPOILERS FOR DH***Category: Completed Short Stories
Totally sweet. And full of cheese. xD
Twelve days can be a lifetime, yet Epiphany must always come.Category: Completed Short Stories
So.. They were actually dying.. And they met at the halfway point? And now they'd die together...?
Author's Response: They were both already dead before the story began. The cottage was meant to be an in between place for them to reach a resolution before moving on. Thanks for reading!
