Well done! Saying I enjoyed it would be a lie given the darkness of this fic, but I liked it.
Author's Response: I'm glad you could appreciate it, your compliment means a lot to me, especially because it's "in spite" of not enjoying it, because it's so dark. Still, I think it has a very positive message! ^_^

Hi there! I like your story and recced it on my LJ, hope that's okay with you.
I like how you take your time with them becoming friends, that appeals to me. Well done!
Author's Response: That's cool. :) I'm glad you like it - I find it hard to try and write them as friends, but it was very fun doing it here. Thanks! :)

My breathing was harsh, each breath ripping up my throat unwillingly.
"I tried my best. You asked me to hate you, and I tried my very best to," I said tremulously, my voice nearly incoherent.
What I had not said seemed to hang in the air, just as if I had said it: That if he asked me to love him, I would.
His eyes suddenly seemed to come alive, like melting pewter. They were burning with the emotion I had been fighting not to recall.
"But you know I never wanted you to," he whispered.
"I know."
I did like the ending, it was nice to see him not sneering but actually giving her advice.
Author's Response: Glad you liked the ending, lol. I hope you liked the rest of it, too! ^_^ Thanks for the review!
