Author's Response: When Draco kissed Ginny\'s hand, it reversed the Transfiguration charm she had placed on the engagement ring Draco had given her over a year ago. She Transfigured it to look like the engagement ring and wedding band Christo gave her when they were married. Draco once lamented that the rings Christo had given Ginny signaled his possession of her heart. He was right. It did signal the possession of Ginny\'s heart - by Draco, not Christo. I hope this clears up any confusion.

Well before I go into a chair throwing tantrum, I would like to say this much:
The cruciatus curse scene was exquisite. I'm so glad Ginny loves Draco. I really hope Snape hasn't totally lost his mind. Harry needs to snap out of it before I come over there and snap something of his myself. And someone really needs to murder Scrimgeour. That is all.

Please, oh please. For the love of cookies, please don't let Snape die. Or, for that matter, permanent spell damage is also a no-no. He's such a wonderful character in this story it would truly be a shame for him to go. His deep relationship with Draco is so touching and genuine and beautiful. All the things that you wouldn't expect from either of them. I also like the twist in his relationship with Narcissa as well. ;)
How is Draco surviving out of Azkaban? Six months have certainly NOT passed. Does it have anything to do with Scrim's wand? The magic weilded from it that transported him there? Meh. You'll probably just explain later. I hope...
Harry is still being an insufferable git. I hate him so much at the moment. The only part where I didn't hate him was when he somewhat opposing Scrimgeour like he did in Book 6. But then I went right back to hating him. And Scrimgeour. There are no words for how much I loathe him at the moment. Even more than Voldemort even. At least Voldemort you knew was evil. But Scrimgeour is so sneaky and underhanded and pretends to be all good and noble. Ugh. It makes me sick. Please tell me someone kills him. Perhaps Ginny? *cough cough*wink wink*nudge nudge* :)

The characters are really rounding out nicely. I love how Ginny seems so commanding and strong instead of the scared pleading little girl she was in the memories. I feel so bad for Draco! He has so much uncertainty and it would suck to be constantly second-guessing yourself. Harry's being such an arse. Seriously. WHAT A JERK!! And Scrimgeour also! I HATE HIM. HATE HATE HATE! All these memories. I feel terrible for both Draco AND Ginny. Ginny, because you experience the pain and uncertainty she felt when she first heard of the plan and Draco for having to see it as well and discover exactly how everything came about.
I still think of Harry as a bit of a jerk but still find it totally plausible.

Lucky me, I drive 24 hours straight back from Florida and guess what. I get DOUBLE chapters!! And I must say they were both great. In the story you get to see so many sides of the characters. You developed them so well. And I love that you don't stray away from plot complications. Poor Ginny. I felt so bad for her when Harry was telling her about the plan. You can practically feel her pain. When he answers yes when Ginny asks if he knew the night before, my heart really goes out to her. I would feel so hurt and betrayed and I think she did too. And Draco as well. He experiencing all this and you can tell his heart really goes out to Ginny too. Harry. Harry, Haryy, Harry. What to say. He's just so... so... *GAHH* And even though he seems so cold, it's still believeable. In the books you see he's tempermental and head strong and also irrational. He's portrayed really well in that respect.
Okay.. I should stop rambling.. But it's SO GOOD XD Haha

Wow. Thanks for the very speedy review. Those are the best! I just got a chance to read these last two chapters. Poor Hermione. I don't even want to imagine how terrified she must've been. Another thing I don't want to imagine is what a dementor looks like under their robes *shiver* eeewwwwwwwwwwww. Lol. In this chapter, what Malfoy said about no one wanting a woman that was with a dementor was pretty harsh. I guees that must've really cut Hermione. I feel kind of bad for Snurk as well. He practically had his mom torn away from him even after that touching display of affection. You could really feel a bond forming between Hermione and Snurk. I just feel bad ofr both of them. I can't wait for the next chapter! I hope they're as good as the last couple of speedy chapters!!
