Wow, that was really good. And it was very deep. Betraying your family for the person you love. I like your metaphor, "The love of her family was like fresh, warm bread, offered to lips parched and burned with thirst." That was a good metaphor, I really liked it.
Author's Response: Not a metaphor that's entirely mine, though - check out Dorothy Parker's "After a Spanish Proverb" for someone else who used the same phrase to spark an idea.

I love this story. It's adorable how Gareth calls Draco duck, and how Liam gives Harry and Hermione advice. It's funny, romantic, and sweet.
