What happens when a potions explosion coincides with Ginny's annual, self-imposed trip to the infirmary? Sometimes when you don't know who you're talking to, prejudices are laid aside, and you get to know the person behind the family. This is a response to the November challenge of "infirmary" on the FIA forums.Category: Completed Short Stories

OMG way cute. I actually gasped out loud! :D
Author's Response: You did? I'm glad you were surprised.
Award-winning fic from the D/G Fic Exchange on LJ. "His body lies cold and still beside her; his mouth is open, an O, and his hair is drying, feathery, in wisps, over his closed eyes. That fair skin; that nearly white hair. Dead, he looks so young...."Category: Long and Completed
The dark and tragic story of a journey Under...based on the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice.
OH MY GOD I can't believe you did this that was absolutely amazing and I loved it but dammit the ending made me depressed for the rest of the night! You are a brillant writer.

Brilliant! I loved it, and you executed it so, so well. Kudos, and I'll be reading more of your work! :D

Myn, I love you for combining one of the best old television series ever with Harry Potter. I think I may want to marry you. =D As always, amazing and excellent, and I can't wait to see where you go with this. *scampers off to chapter 2*
AHAHAHA a joke about all the women Sam plays! My favorite episode is still the one when he's in the beauty pageant and does that silly dance... *gets strange looks from everyone else* WHAT?! Another supurb chapter, I can't wait for more! This makes DH SO much more interesting... =D

"The smile of the snow is white."Category: Completed Short Stories
GAH you had me at the end, not gonna lie. I was like WAAAAH oh. OOOOH. And then I laughed because you got me good. ;) Well done, I liked it a lot!
Only in death do you realize the mistakes you've made in life...and Ginny Weasley must have made a huge one if Draco Malfoy is in her Heaven!Category: Completed Short Stories
Okay, that was really cute, and totally made my morning.
Author's Response: Eek, okay, I'm really cheesed I didn't reply to this sooner, but I'm sort of glad I didn't because GUESS WHAT? I'm on the DG Forum now! And I think you came on once (?) since I've been on, and sometimes (very infrequently, actually) someone waxes poetic about the days of Katy. You should come back! Oh, and thanks for the lovely review. I'm glad it made your morning. :)
The Carrows, not Headmaster Snape are ruling Hogwarts, and as the DA play with guerrilla warfare, Draco and Ginny are trapped in a strange waltz of good and evil— and the undefined forces that lie in between. Defying truth and gravity isn't as impossible as it sounds. One-shot.Category: Completed Short Stories
I really liked this one. I wish there were more DH- compliant stories that dealt with what Hogwarts was like when the trio left. You did a good job with it here- very vivid and everyone was very in-character. :)
Author's Response: \r\nIn-character is a compliment I really can\'t get enough. Thank you for saying so.
A short one-shot based on The First Five Times by Stars. Some smut, some one liners, and in keeping with the song, some sap.Category: Completed Short Stories
I really liked this. :) That last line just slew me, it was amazing.
Nineteen years after the Deathly Hallows, Harry and Ginny are married but their eldest son is just twelve years old. This story is about those missing seven years: six of which Ginny spent slapping, snogging and falling in love with Draco Malfoy.Category: Works in Progress
I really like this- the snippets you let us see, the bits and pieces we get to put together slowly, and I'm very fond of anything that can still be D/G while being canon with everything, including the epilogue. I can't wait to see where you go with this. :)
The idea of "renting" her soul out to anyone - let alone a former Slytherin nemesis - did not sit well with Ginny Weasley. But circumstances always tend to go askew and when she finds herself in a dire position, Ginny has no choice but to relent, accepting the deal and the seven wishes offered as payment.Category: Long and Completed
I LOVE this fic, and loved this installment of it. It was just perfect, what Ginny is wishing for, and oh you've captured everything perfectly here. I can't wait for you to continue with this. :)
Ginny's knack for getting into trouble follows her as she goes away for college, forcing her into a dangerous situation.Category: Works in Progress
I totally, totally love this story, and I was wary at first because of the extreme AU nature of it, but I think you're doing a brilliant job of it, and this last chapter just really proved that. :) Excellent work, I am definitely excited for the next update!
Author's Response: tehe. Thank you! I\'ll try to update ASAP.
Colin Creevey, with the help of his trusty camera of course, has discovered something terrible happening at Hogwarts. And it's all Malfoy's fault.Category: Completed Short Stories
This was really cute, haha, totally made my day! Good job with Colin- his thoughts are so jumbled and so real, the stream of consciousness thing really worked here!
Author's Response: Thank you! This is the first time I've really tried to make a stream-of-consciousness type story, so it's very relieving to know that it worked out okay. I probably wouldn't have even done it, but I just can't imagine writing Colin in any other way. ;)
Convicted and incarcerated after the war, Draco is unexpectedly given a new lease on life.Category: Works in Progress
So good! I loved the bits about "you know who doesn't like my face?" because it made me laugh- and I think the best part was when they went to shake hands, and the guard intervened. Bits like that always just make it so much more real. I'm digging this story like crazy, awesome work!
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I'm really glad you like it!
I love seeing new stories from you. I'm already hooked- how do you do that to me? :)
Author's Response: It must be a gift. :) Thank you for commenting!
I really like where this is going. Everything about this chapter felt particularly vivid- especially Draco's thoughts on the yard time, in such a harsh and cold environment. The relief was very well-done. I can't wait for more! :)
Author's Response: Thank you so much! The yard scene I think is one of my favourite things I've written, so I'm glad you liked it!
After it's abolished, Slytherin House finds its true nature, and so does Ginny.Category: Long and Completed
This story is so good it deserves a review from me here, too. xD Seriously, I'm not sure how many ways I can tell you how this blew away everything I had hoped for by bringing something absolutely astounding instead. So much love to you. This continues to make me smile every time I re-read it. :)
