Ugh love it. Love your style of Draco/Ginny
*Complete fic, 4/4 chapters posted* When Ginny enlists Draco's help to teach her how to entice her Ravenclaw crush, she learns more than just technique. *prize fic for Sarea*Category: Long and Completed
Wow. Amazing. I came upon this story because someone recommended it on tumblr and I've never been so happy with a recommendation! Bravo. The way you wrote Draco and Ginny was both canon (to an extent) and so very human. You made everything real and possible. Loved it.
While at the Ministry’s Auror training academy, Ginny Weasley and Draco Malfoy learn that being friends might be harder than being foes. Or, “And that’s why you don’t teach your worst enemy lessons.”Category: Long and Completed
This story, seriously, was amazing. I know it's been years since you've posted a story but I still want you to know that I really enjoy your writing and the characters you build Draco and Ginny to be. Thanks for keeping this posted after so long and I hope, one day, you return to the fandom!
All Ginny wants is to get the upper hand just once with drool-worthy hunk of man candy and callous playboy Draco Malfoy before he moves on to his next careless conquest. So how did this simple plan lead to time travel, nefarious plots involving the most infamous whorehouse in the wizarding world, and the teenaged Draco’s achingly sweet, chocolate-flavored kisses? Even Draco Malfoy was innocent once, as Ginny learns all too well…Category: Long and Completed
Chapter ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN Quote of the Day:
THE LAST CHAPTER
The minutes ticked by, long enough for Ginny to know that against all reason, all common sense, she still wanted impossible things from him. But she would leave. Even after today, even when her body ached from him and for him, when she could feel that he had begun to shape her to him, she would turn around and leave him. I will, I will, she thought.
“You don’t understand,” said Draco.
“Oh?” Ginny said stiffly. “At least he hadn’t touched her, she thought. She would not be able to find the strength to pull herself away from him, and she knew it.
“You know what I like about you, Ginny? Your shy, girlish modesty. But you really have to learn how to say what you think. Stop holding back.” --HA! Just starting to read this glorious piece and I already love the air of the story. Can't wait to read more.
Author's Response: Thanks!! :) Yay, I didn't know anybody was still reading this thing!! You know.... it's always a good idea to have a plan in place to cover what happens if you're marooned on a desert island with nothing but a laptop, and mine is to revise a lot of D/G fics. ;) This would be one of them. I love it... and it does get a little convoluted at times. But I think it's all worth it by the end. :) I will r and r the rest of your fic now that the spring quarter is finally over, too.
"I'm an intern for the Minister," she said indignantly, crossing her arms over her chest and tapping her foot like a petulant child. "Why are you here?" "I'm also an intern for the Minister," he snapped.Category: Completed Short Stories
Yessss I love it. I loved the banter and the situation they were thrown into. I'm not sure I've read a fic where they both intern for Kingsley. But actually writing out a bit of the trail for Lucius was genius, and Ginny's reaction to the trail and Draco.
Great job.
Captured by pirates, Draco tries to talk his way to freedom, but the wicked Captain Ginny Weasley sees right through his landlubbin' tricks. Written for the FIA 2014 Summer Challenge.Category: Completed Short Stories
Ha! I absolutely loved this. So, so funny.
It was particularly clever to have the other team use the Patented Daydream Charm, and that's where Draco's thoughts were coming from.
Nice and steamy also. I approve! Love it.
Author's Response: Omg!! Thank you!! I love this story so much and I feel like it's underappreciated, so I'm so glad you read it and enjoyed it!! Thank you for reading and reviewing! n_n
+++Category: Works in Progress
Ginny fled the wizarding world when betrayal, deception, and heartbreak tore apart her life. A year later, she lives and works as a Muggle-- and the co-owner of Athena's Saucy Shoppe of Salacious Delights. But she's about to learn that it isn't so easy to leave the past behind... especially when it comes packaged in the person of Draco Malfoy.
Chapter TWENTY Quote of the Day:
Ginny tried again, deciding that it was time for her glowering blond companion to help her out whether he wanted to not.
“It’s so great to catch up with old friends, Draco. Don’t you think?” She jabbed Draco lightly in the ribs under cover of darkness.
Draco clamped his hand around her waist like a band of iron. Oh, no, Ginny thought despairingly. This was not going well.
"She's mine alone,” said Draco.
"But she's got other customers, right?" asked Theo.
"She is not to be shared,” said Draco. “I… ah… don't share my toys. You ought to remember that, Nott.”
"But if she's no more than a toy, then it shouldn't matter." Nott's expression was turning crafty. Suddenly, Ginny had a very, very bad feeling about what might happen next.
“Seems as if you shouldn’t mind sharing Ginny with me, don’t you think, Malfoy? After all we’ve been through together? You know what I mean, don’t you?”
Ahhh, I just stumbled upon this.
So excited to find out what's going on. And I love the group already-- Ginny, Pansy, Millicent, and Luna. Can't wait to see them all interact.
And I'm already excited that Draco's made an appearance.
Ugh, yes, I'm so excited.
What happened before? What did Theo do? Why are Draco and Ginny so friendly, while at the same time not? And Draco being manipulative, waking Theo before Ginny could agree, was exactly what I'd expect from him.
And, the real question is, how often does Draco come by to visit Ginny? ;)
I'm sort of ridiculously excited for what's to come. I mean, not only is there a plot and mystery AND plenty of side characters who I absolutely love to learn about but I have a feeling there's going to be a bit of smut and bad boy!Draco.
Hmm.. I wonder what Nott did exactly. Did he release to the press that Draco and Ginny were shagging? Did it ruin her relationship with Harry and her family? But why wouldn't she be allowed to use magic now?
And the fact that Pansy and Millicent both had a relationship with Draco makes me wonder if that's the reason they've also abandoned their lives in England.
I'm so interested in what's happened behind the scenes. Draco has Ginny so convinced that this ploy is the only way to seek revenge against Nott-- and it's quite an interesting ploy. And Ginny is down with it. What, exactly, happened?!
It's interesting to see the confusion between being 'serious' and 'professional' with each other while also having this dark, steamy past. And the fact that they are forced to talk about sex and toys makes it both amusing and frustrating. Just kiss her already! Haha, but no, really, I love the frustration that is conveyed so clearly through Ginny, while also I almost feel like the curiosity of how much Draco can tease her just by putting her in this situation.
Or perhaps it was that she wanted him to want her, to take her, to have her, in sleazy rooms, in her tiny London flat in a very dodgy neighborhood, in a dirty back alley, even, someplace where he, Draco Malfoy, did not belong-- but where he was willing to go for her sake.
An amazing line. It really pulled together Ginny and Draco so much for me. And then the next line, that he wouldn't do that, that it was she would have to go into his wealthy world, pieced together part of their dark relationship.
Loved it.
Also, the imagery of this chapter was on point. Loved her holding the bed post as he laced the corset.
Author's Response: Thanks! :) Believe it or not, the corset imagery did NOT come from that Gone With the Wind scene (which there are still new fanfics of. Dang.) If you've ever read Elizabeth Amber's Satyr series, that's kind of where the idea is from.
I knew it had something to do with Draco and her's relationship being exposed, and Harry being a victim of it. But Nott didn't just expose them, clearly. And is Portland a 'refugee' area for wizards? Is this the city where all exiled wizards go? Interesting concept.
Author's Response: Snerk. Well, if any wizards showed up around here now, they'd have a hard time finding any place they could afford to rent. Although I think Draco could manage it. ;)
It's funny because the main thing I wished while reading this chapter was that Theo would disappear so Draco and Ginny could get so much needed alone time.
I was getting really uneasy over the fantasies coming back so strongly. I wonder what's going on and I can only hope Ginny has figured it out. As much as I love the memories, it was freaking me out a bit how much they were distracting her.
Ooh, yes, wandless magic. I'm interested in why Ginny's seems to be effected by everything much more strongly than Draco, though this is likely to do with year of getting over him or, perhaps, her dark past (the Chamber).
With Draco and Ginny's past together, doing a primal spell will definitely change their relationship. Ginny's right to worry over what she might lose by doing this.
But, side note, I can't wait for Ginny to take more control of the situation and Draco.
Had she mattered for herself, because she was Ginny, or because she symbolized everything that he couldn’t have? That was what she didn’t know.--
I thought that too. It's hard to really figure out Draco's motives when Ginny's insecurities jump in the way. His possessiveness of her, his jealousy over Nott's words, could genuinely be because he cares about her, as a friend or lover or companion. But she views herself as only his sex toy. So we're forced to believe that's why. And, even with this admission of caring about her during Hogwarts, did he really? Was it about sex and wanting her or a genuine fear for her life?
Author's Response: Thanks! :) In this conversation scene, I've tried to explore the levels of the D/G relationship here, and why, even after Draco reveals so much, Ginny just can't be sure how he felt about her during that last awful year at Hogwarts.
Tsk, tsk, Gin. Love potions against poor Harry.
Can't wait to see what happens!
Author's Response: The next chapter is coming SOON, I promise!! And thanks so much for all the reviews!! *What Ginny Forgot* is actually #1 on the list of fics to review next. This quarter is turning out to be... um... challenging, let's just say. (The pond and waterfall design took ALL DAY.) But that's what I get for going back to school. ;)
Awesome chapter!
Author's Response: Thanks! :) Your fic is next on my list to review, too. It's been a CRAZY quarter, but that's what I get for going back to school AGAIN. ;)
