Currently infatuated with D/G ship. Have watched all the HP movies, but never actually read the books, but I love anything to be as close to the canons as possible except, of course, for Draco/Ginny! :p

Quaffles and Quarrels by sheriden    (Reviews - 173)

After her shoulder shatters in a painful collision with two Bludgers, star Chaser Ginny Weasley finds herself as a Reserve player on a Quidditch team in crisis. If that wasn’t bad enough, Draco Malfoy invades her flat, Oliver Wood gets on her nerves, and Harry and Hermione are out to get the axe-murderer who’s out to get her. Could her life get any worse? Apparently, it could.

First of all, thank you! For writing such a fun story! I don't usually read (or watch) humour just for the fun of it, but when I do, I rarely regretted it! And this story is one of them! However did you manage to mix mystery and humour, along with a sprinkles of angst some times, together? I thought those two genres are as friendly as Malfoys and Weasles? Oh, yeah, this is a story about Malfoy and Weasley, of course you have to be able to mix the unlikely-case into such a fine (and fun) story.

The humours are rather snarky, and I like it. You managed to keep giving the mystery without losing the humour entirely, so it's thrilling, but not too tense. The added bonus are HP/HG pairing (which is my second favorite pairing), and Pansy's case was rather hilarious, but also plausible as to how she ended up with Ron.

Overall, I love this piece and one that I would definitely read again when I need something light, fun, and D/G! ;-)

Faerie Tales and Dragonflies by gidge_8    (Reviews - 200)

Light-hearted and fun. Ginny Weasley finds herself the target of a bit of manipulation while helping Narcissa Malfoy plan her 25th anniversary ball until mischief and a little mayhem land her squarely in a Cinderella situation. Romance abounds, with a litle help from the faeries. Winner - Best Portrayal of Ginny Weasley - 2008 dg ficexchange.

This is certainly light-hearted and fun to read! I actually love this particular piece of your works more than the others. I didn't expect any action when I began reading it, so I didn't get disappointed when I found none (well, Quidditch game doesn't count as action in my opinion, it counts as sports). And I'm seriously wondering on how you managed to write something sweet without being obvious about it. I mean, you didn't OOC-ed any of the characters, at least neither Draco nor Ginny. Good job there!

I have to say that I hate you for not, at least, making an equally sweet epilogue to end it with! :p

Contractual Obligations by gidge_8    (Reviews - 751)

Selling herself into a marriage contract, Ginny finds herself playing a deadly game, ultimately pitting her husband against her lover and a father against his son. Many twists and turns, depth and evil characters - and a long story of sweet and true love.

New! Epilogue is up! Yes, I know, the story has been "complete" for a couple of years, but this ending has been partially written for a long time and it ties up some loose ends.

My review might be laced heavily with my personal preference, so, if you find anything that offend you, please don't take it seriously.

Okay, first, I love the premise of the story, even though I found it a bit disturbing about the whole father-wife-son affair, but great idea nonetheless. The pace of the story is nice, too, not too quick, but not slow either, just the right pace (for me). The choice of words and not-too-wordy description is also nice (I like beautiful and detailed description, but I sometimes find it a little too much when I want something light and easy to read), easy tounderstand without leaving any important details (I could tolerate some grammar mistakes slipping, no biggie).

And then, about the storyline; the drama is nice, but I think the story could use some more action. The battle scenes were too short and not enough description, and the climaxes weren't thrilling enough (well, it's probably your style of writing, though, since it was the same with your other story, 'The Journey Home', where I found the climax wasn't as exciting as I hoped). And I kinda hoped to see Draco struggling more (not just Ginny), maybe getting heavily injured or whatnots. Well, that last one was exclusively my preference, though.

Overall, it's a nice story, one that I would love to re-read again (oh, yes, in fact I've re-read my favorite parts several times already; anything that involved injured something. My most favorite scene is, of course, when Bella and Ginny switched role with polyjuice! I would love to polyjuice as Bella, too, if it meant I could taunt Lucius and annoy the hell out of him! :p)

My Soul Belongs To You by eveil woman    (Reviews - 122)

Married for wealth, Draco regrets his decision to leave behind his love and allow her to marry second best. Now years later, lust and envy fill the air as they fight the passion and want to be together.

Hey! Just finished reading it, and I must say I love how the story went and the fact that you're not bashing any characters to make D/G together! Just a little suggestion, maybe. The pace of the story is a little too quick (for my taste), but it's easy to read, though. Definitely one of some stories I would love to read again if I need something light and D/G! :p Great Job!

Christmas Letters by idreamofdraco    (Reviews - 12)

There are three things Ginny Weasley doesn't know: One, that the anonymous pen pal she has grown to love over the past year is, in fact, Draco Malfoy. Two, Draco knows exactly who she is. And three, Draco loves her, too.

I always love your stories, and you never fail me to post one after another nice stories!

I love the premise of this one, as well as how it went, but I was left wondering where did Harry and Ron go throughout the story, or was I missing out something? Harry was usually dead or with someone else in some other D/G fics, but, if I weren't wrong, I found no mention of their whereabout in this story (if it's a short story, I could understand, but this is the first time I noticed something big missing in a rather long one).

Not that it's a big deal, since I came here to have some doses of D/G, and barely paid any heed to other couple, if any (except anything involving Blaise! Since most authors always have some interesting characterisation for him!), but now that they're missing I just found it rather strange. Maybe it's true when they said you won't notice what you have 'til you lost it (?).

Huh, whatever. I love this story, and that's all that matters. Keep up the good work! And looking forward to your future works! Just tell me if I did miss out something in the story, it's about time I re-read some of my favorite D/G fics! ;p

Author's Response: Harry and Ron weren't necessary for the plot, so I didn't bother including them. You can infer that they're probably off doing their own things, working on their careers, learning how to deal with the trauma they experienced during the war, too, etc. I'm glad you enjoyed the story. Thank you for reading!
