When Ginny Weasley becomes Draco Malfoy's wife, he suspects neither her true identity nor her dangerous motives. But when all Hell breaks lose and their relationship takes unexpected turns, there is more at stake than preserving their marriage--namely, preserving their lives.Category: Long and Completed
*sigh* as always, I really enjoyed this update.
Wonder who the tortured friend of Dean's is... is this ur way of getting Ginny to see a different point of view? Himm... wonder what will happen to Dean, when Draco sees all those paintings of his wife around his studio... poor chap!
I am dying to see how things will proceed when Draco finally finds Ginny.
I don't quite know how I feel about the Draco that u have created. You have depicted some one who is quite the bastard. In my book, I think his low point happened when he threatened an innocent baby. No matter how desperate you are; to tell any mother that you will kill her child if she doesn't corporate with you is as repulsive as one can get.
PS: Sorry to be a nitpicking twit, but I think that there is a mistake in the following sentence. "Blaise said, I poured copious amounts of Veritaserum in the beer I paid him..." You mean bought him right?
Your characterization of Draco is well, spot on. This is exactly how I see him... with lots of gray and black and yet some redeeming qualities. Just haven't yet seen the latter part yet - but then, the story sill continues.
Also, as much as I admire your story telling skills, I do wonder how on earth you are going to get these two together. That, is something that I really look forward to reading. Fabulous writing; as always.
*COMPLETE* Destiny knew better than to bring these two together. One man, determined to draw back an errant Malfoy, is not so wise, and Ginny soon finds herself caught up in events that are not quite Fate.Category: Long and Completed
himmm... who was most perturbed in at the end of this chapter... Draco - whose wondering whats happening to him or Ginny, and her confusion about her visions...
Great chapter... can't wait to see where u take things from here. and thanks for making it nice and long... all for energizer bunny chapters here!
Draco's reaction to Pierce's logic seemed a bit off till i realized that's just how two people who definitely don't trust each other would behave...
But, wouldn't Draco think of an agenda behind the visible agenda - if that makes any sense? or am i just expecting him to be a bit too convoluted?
Wonder if Pierce will hug Daphne and Pansy when Draco tells him what's happening...
How come Draco or Ginny didn't think of the Gryffindor dorm as a safe place... even if Draco didn't think of it - when Ginny was told that someone is planning to kidnap her - wouldn't she want to go back to her teachers and dorm?
Sorry for being so anal about this. I am really enjoying ur refreshingly different story and am just curious.
Author's Response: Draco wanted her somewhere where no one would think to look. Obviously, the FIRST place someone looking for Ginny would think of is the Gryffindor common room, and as book 3 in cannon shows us, the common rooms are by no means a fool proof safe place.
Draco and Pansy like to play games. What happens when a Polyjuice Plan goes wrong?Category: Works in Progress
I can't tell u how much i laughed when i read about Ron's reaction. LOL my husband just went around singing ''We are the champions'! yeah, I nearly killed him too.
Author's Response: Men act so pround, and then sit on their arses for nine months. go figure. Thanks for the review.
Draco the ‘rat-bastard’ - LOL good one!
Author's Response: Thanks. I\'ve always liked that description.
Woohoo - u go Ginny girl! LOL hope she really makes Draco regret his stupidity.
Author's Response: She will. Thanks for the review. :)
LOL - that was fab but Draco still deserves a lot worse. *evil cackling*
Author's Response: Thank you. I think he\'ll suffer a bit more.
An invisible tattoo and a forbidden taboo will forever change the lives of two teenagers and the Wizarding World alike.Category: Works in Progress
The world was not written in black and white, but in shades of gray.
[Read&Review] (por favor!)
Himm... wonder how long it will take for the cavalry to arrive?
Great going - looking forward to ur next update.
Author's Response: Yes. They\'re a little late... But the cavalry will be coming along shortly. ^^
Himm... interesting mix u have here. Looking forward to reading more.
Sequel to Break in the sun (till the sun breaks down). For a few blissful hours, the differences between them did not matter. But as Draco and Ginny struggle with their budding relationship, they must soon discover that many things separate them still - family, friends and society as well as their own explosive tempers. The future they want for themselves comes at a price, and reconciling what they each want out of life is a challenge that might just break them apart...Category: Works in Progress
Great chapter... actually i didn't think Ginny had *it* in her to do what she did. Good for her!
Author's Response: I pondered this, and I think that yes, she had to do what she did, at last. That\'s not to say she\'s through with her family, though. They will definitely make more appearances :) Thank you!
Beautiful... but, is this the calm before the storm?
Author's Response: *g* Perhaps...thank you for reviewing!
*sigh* great chapter...
Wonder when the shit will hit the ceiling though... i mean, Ginny can't keep avoiding reality forever can she...
Author's Response: No, definitely not ;-) There\'s a lot more in store for them. Thank you for reviewing!
:D Great chapter... fab to see the interaction in the Malfoy's family...
And Draco supporting Ginny... wonder how things are going on at her end...
Author's Response: Thank you! More about Ginny in the next chapter! :)
Ginny needs to do some serious rethinking if she assumes that she can be married to Draco, and yet not have anything to do with all the baggage that comes with being with him....
Poor thing, she is in for a rather rude awaking isn't she?
Author's Response: I completely agree. :) They\'re so not ready to get married, and there will be several \'rude awakenings\' yet. *g* Thank you for reviewing!
Ouch! Self realization never comes easy does it... wonder how ur going to get them out of this knot.
Author's Response: No, it really doesn\'t *g* They both have some decisions to make, and need to realise that they can\'t change everything about the other that they don\'t like. Some flaws, you have to live with, though that may be hard to accept. I hope to post more soon. Thank you for reviewing!
Heheehe - Ginny 'confund-ing' her landlord... Draco has definitely rubbed off on her!
Author's Response: *g* So it seems, doesn\'t it? But she has rubbed off on him too, never fear...
I loved this chapter and the way ur slowly building up everyone's character... and how Draco runs up the stairs in order to catch Ginny...
Hope we can see some of Ginny's thoughts soon. Wonder how things are going for her.
Author's Response: Thank you :) Glad you liked it. The next chapter will be from Ginny\'s pov, of course, so you\'ll learn what she\'s up to. I hope to post again soon.
O yay - ur back! LOve the chapter... wonder howcome the rest of her family dosen't seem to be too conserned about her... or tried to get in touch - no matter how mad they are with her...
Or am i just expecting too much out of the Weasley's?
Author's Response: Hmm, we\'ll see about the Weasleys. For now, I\'ve posted more D/G. But you have a point, they should make an appearance. I\'ll keep that in mind, thanks!
LOL sorry about the below – I CAN spell when I try!
*sigh* absolutely adored this chapter...
Author's Response: :) Thank you!
*grins* this chapter was certainly worth the wait. I love the bit about Draco and his Mum...
Yay for long chapters and no more writers block.
Author's Response: Yay indeed! Long chapters take longer to write of course, but I realise they are nicer for the readers. I'll try my best ^_^Thanks for reviewing!
*Grins* Fab chapter! And yes, it was again, totally worth the wait. I am so glad that Ginny is making up with her Mother.
I did find the thought of Narcissa and Ginny bonding over bitching about mother in laws hilarious. Who would have thought huh?
Author's Response: Lol, I enjoyed that moment too, glad you liked it! My love of Narcissa is well documented, but I'm glad people are enjoying her part in the story. Thank you so much!
