Rock bands at Hogwarts! Blossoming romance! And you would not believe what can be done with an oboe. A total guilty pleasure fic that is nowhere near complete.Category: Works in Progress
Alright, I had my doubts about this one, really, but I'm intrigued now. I do hope you continue.
Oh, and would Modern English's "Melt With You" be sugary enough?
They had put Ginny in the cottage to keep her safe. But what happens when the biggest threat of all collapses on her doorstep. Will she be able to protect her heart from him and will Draco let her? Can you stop the inevitable?Category: Works in Progress
Just stumbled onto this one and hope the next chapter is still forthcoming.
AU. The summer before her sixth year at Hogwarts, Ginny Weasley is invited to a convention in San Francisco. However, the convention turns out to be more than she thought. Much more. What does Draco Malfoy have to do with it? Or an ancient group of warriors, for that matter. Could this, finally, be Ginny's chance to prove herself?Category: Works in Progress
I just stumbled over this story and it's become one of my favorites. I hope you'll continue. You have a brilliant wit.
Ginny Weasley is not the only one affected by the destruction of The Chamber of Secrets and Tom Riddle's diary. But out of the painful fallout of those events an unlikely connection is made. This connection -- dare they call it a friendship? -- will dramatically alter the lives of Ginny and Draco Malfoy. They'll learn the hard way, though, that changing your path in life leads to challenges that even the strongest bonds may not survive.Category: Works in Progress
Thank you for giving the twins more of a role. I always had a hard time buying that they were kept out of the CoS action.
Thank you for giving the twins more of a role. I always had a hard time buying that they were kept out of the CoS action.
Two and a half years after his failure to kill Albus Dumbledore, Draco has long been accepted back into the ranks of the Death Eaters. He is still obsessively searching for the rebel Ginny Weasley, but he hides that secret well. When she is found one snowy December night, he smuggles her onto the Death Eaters? train with him. And he begins to learn that nothing will ever be the same again?Category: Works in Progress
Wheeeee! I was hoping you'd pull CJ into chapter 80. Good show!
Sorry if this is ambiguous, but if I remember correctly, this site doesn't list reviews by chappie. I'd hate to spoil the fun for anyone who hasn't gotten this far yet.
Anise is far too good to rush!
You and your cliffhangers!
This is certainly worth it though.
Seven years after the Second Wizard War, a mother tells her daughter the story of the man she loves, who disappeared after the war ended to save his and his lover’s life. The Wizarding World has settled down again, peace returning to them after the defeat of Lord Voldemort. Written in first person, present tense, from the point of view of a seven year old girl. Pre-book seven.Category: Works in Progress
Enjoying this one very much - I do hope you're continuing it.
Author's Response: I\'m glad you\'re enjoying it, yes I am continuing it! I have a few more chapters pre-written, just need to be edited and posted! :)
Good intro. I look forward to more.
Just saw one typo - last ¶, I think you mean "bending down beside him..."
Author's Response: Good eye ;) Thank so much!
Sorry - you can delete this one, but to clarify, my "intro" comment was for your way of bringing D/G into the present.
Author's Response: Lol, nahh, I\'ll keep it. Thanks for the comment! Yeah, I really like the way this chapter turned out layout-wise, like, the way it flowed even though it\'s kind of choppy and jumpy. Thanks for the comment!
Growing Pains is a collection of one-shots chronicling the adventures of Draco and Ginny as they deal with a household full of children ranging from cheeky teenagers to precious baby girls.Category: Works in Progress
A sequel of sorts to Fifteen Years.
In this installment: In the kitchen of Agecroft Hall, things go awry on a warm early morning in July.
Great vignettes, Rainpuddle.
Author's Response: Thanks so much!
*COMPLETE* Destiny knew better than to bring these two together. One man, determined to draw back an errant Malfoy, is not so wise, and Ginny soon finds herself caught up in events that are not quite Fate.Category: Long and Completed
This has become one of my favorite stories. Hope to see more soon!
I adore the story! I'm having trouble believing that Ginny would habitually run the same route and not bring her wand - especially after facing off with Pansy. Could she have been lulled into the routine? Surely, but she was perceptive enough to pick up on Nott.
Maybe I missed a psychological plot point that would explain it.
The secret behind his heart of stone is revealed. Draco tries to deal with the loss of a loved one while reliving his past through a goodbye letter.Category: Works in Progress
Well crafted! Anxious to see the past details flesh out.
Only correction in the writing I saw so far was in the second paragraph, 7th sentence - should be "lose" rather than "loose."
Author's Response: Thanks for the compliment and the correction. I am currently looking for a beta reader so it is helpful when people point out some of the errors I may have missed.

This is the story that was never told. Buried for centuries beneath the sands of time, the lives of the bravest knight of England and the fiery daughter of an Irish lord were erased from the pages of history. Finally their tale, the shared immortal promise of a love so enduring that it could break the boundaries of time, can finally be told. This is their story.Category: Works in Progress
I love the genre and am quite anxious for another chapter!
Draco and Pansy like to play games. What happens when a Polyjuice Plan goes wrong?Category: Works in Progress
Ah, the twins always did have such deliciously evil wit. Nicely done.
Author's Response: Thank you. I love the twins too.
You have been watching her for some time now. She doesn’t eat anymore. She hides it well behind her robes. Even though you can’t see it, you know she must be getting thinner, and it frustrates you that the people who are closest to her don’t even notice.Category: Completed Short Stories
Well done for your first story; Enjoyed the dynamic between them.
I'd only watch using the exclamation point so much; your writing conveys the drama well enough on its own.
"Perhaps it really didn't matter what he was, perhaps it just mattered that he was." Unexpected events lead to unexpected relationships. Can one person be so important to the destruction of Voldemort? Nothing happens by chance, but sometimes, life might be simpler if it did.Category: Works in Progress
Oh, I'm enjoying this one very much indeed. Thorough treatment of the characters' psyches. I'm anxious for you to continue!
Author's Response: Thank you!
How would things be different if Draco had accepted Dumbledore's mercy at the end of book six? Follow the canon characters as they are forced into company with Draco and struggle to survive in a warring wizarding world. And yes, there will be romance.Category: Works in Progress
I enjoyed this one. Thanks!
My only plot concern is I *think* someone is still conscious under Petrificus Totalus; the body is frozen, the but party could still remember events while in that state. Though I don't remember seeing it specifically addressed in canon.
Feel free to edit this review if it's a spoiler. Just wanted to mention it.
Author's Response: I believe you\'re right about the effects of Petrificus Totalus... have I written it differently into my story? I\'ll have to go back and check...
Four men whose destiny was bound before they were born, four men who will become the brotherhood, natural born killers sworn to protect the populace. Their lives will intertwine with two higher level demons who are oath bound to protect their daughters. Old friendships are tested as new alliances are formed, the world as it was will never be again.Category: Works in Progress
Oh, thank you so much for continuing this! I cheered when I saw it post. I'm anxious to see how everything weaves together.
Author's Response: You're welcome, sorry it took me so long. You'll see the weaving soon enough :)
The music continues as Ginny begins her last year at Hogwarts. Sequel to 'Angel of Music.'Category: Works in Progress
Thanks for updating! I do adore this fic. Been curious which version you'll take most of your inspiration - the book or the play? I favored the plot twists in the book myself, but enjoying this either way ;)
Maybe not always happily, and ever isn't guaranteed, but the story of Draco and Ginny definitely continues after the marriage.Category: Works in Progress
Here's a review! I've been enjoying this one and very much encourage you to continue. Thanks for the entertainment.
A foul curse cast on Hermione and Ginny leaves them forced to search out one vital ingredient from their soul mates. Will Draco and Severus help them in their time of need? This is my response to a Potter Place Winter Prompt Challenge.Category: Long and Completed
I'll take it that Hermione was still in shock, or else I can't imagine her not mentioning needing to document the injuries, Tonks as a witness too, and pensieves.
Of course, I look forward to the discussions back at the castle! I do understand dramatic tension afterall.
Nevermind me, I'll let you schedule your plotpoints as you deem fit :)
Author's Response: Thanks! Yep, Harry and Ron will go to the castle to get all of that info and to take their wands back to them! She was still in shock as well. I never mind when someone points out something!
Oooh, you got me. I got all bleary eyed at both your treatments of Lucius and Pansy. Well done.
Author's Response: Thanks bitter_thymes! Glad I could affect you! ;-)
