Yay! How I love happy endings!! This story was awesome. I absolutely loved it! It was very well written! I love the title and how you used the song! "Eight Days A Week" is one of my favorite songs by The Beatles!! Loved the story!!!
Draco wants an ideal arrangement. Ginny wants a happily ever after. What they get is each other.Category: Long and Completed
OMG!!! I loved this story! Very well written and the perfect length! I took a break from studying to read this and I'm really glad I did. Awesome story!
Category: Long and CompletedRomance for three couples when Blaise and Luna use Shakespearean styled matchmaking to hook up Ginny and Draco. There's Much Ado about...something!
Nominated for a Quicksilver Quill award for Best Romance- Non Canon on Mugglenet* Written before the HBP, this tale presents an alternate sixth year in which Dumbledore lives, Draco is more than a foil to Harry, and Blaise Zabini is a girl. I hope readers who ship Draco/Ginny will enjoy the story which includes dancing with faeries, Celtic and Norse mythology, school holidays in London and Spain, and loads of fantasy and romance. "Is this a kissing book?" (to quote the Princess Bride) Yes, it is.*
"Thanks, I've worked hard to become so" that definitely made me laugh so much...I love the Princess Bride tie-ins, especially Wesley's name!! That has to be one of the best movies of all time!! Love the story, keep up the good work!
Author's Response: I have to keep posting daily...I can't wait for you to read the New Year's Eve chap and all the PB quotes I wove into Luna's pov! It is a classic film and I'm so glad you love it too. :)
Venturing after her in the dead of the night might prompt divulging not only his secrets.Category: Completed Short Stories
Great story! I've read most of your stories and I really like all of them! You have a lot of great one-shots
*DH SPOILERS* Consider yourself warned.Category: Completed Short Stories
This is my attempt to correct some of the wrongs...
I loved it! Absolutely loved it! The epilogue was the one part of the DH that I really didn't like. I really like your version of it. Beautifully written!
Author's Response: Thank you!
Draco finds himself spending obscene amounts of time with Ginny Weasley, thanks to Blaise and his love for drama and hatred of boredom.Category: Works in Progress
This story is amazing! Please keep writing because I can't wait to find out what happens next.
Author's Response: Aw thank you! Hopefully you\'ll like the rest once it\'s finally finished!
Category: Long and CompletedFresh out of Hogwarts, Ginny Weasley moves out of the Burrow to start life on her own. Along the way, she is thrust into wizarding high society and, before long, into the arms of Draco Malfoy. But are all the finely dressed witches and wizards she meets really as they seem?
Awesome story! I loved it. I had never heard the William Blake poem that you had at the beginning of the first chapter before, but it fits Draco and Ginny perfectly. I also love that you managed to portray Draco in a somewhat softer light, without him seeming out of character.
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it, and thought Draco was in character!
Draco is proud and prejudiced, but he might not be the only one.Category: Works in Progress
I must say that I was hesitant to read this story, as I am with many fics that are based off of other stories that I love, but you have done an excellent job with meshing Jane's world with Jo's! I hope for frequent updates!
I love the interaction between Ginny and Draco (especially in this last chapter). This scene in the book has always been one of my favorites.
I'm a bit confused as to the talk about Georgiana. Are you adding her in as Draco's sister or did I miss something that explained it?
And lastly, the BBC version is so much better than the Keira Knightly one. I own both but always watch the BBC version. My friends and I try to watch at least one version of each of Jane's novels every year.
Author's Response: I'm really glad that you're enjoying it.
Georgiana is NOT Draco's sister, nor has she been explained in the story yet. You'll meet her eventually.
Trying to escape the pain of her daughter's death, Ginny runs to Pennsylvania to start anew. Almost six years later, a man from her past walks back into her life, reopening old wounds and setting in motion a journey of discovery, sorrow, and joy.Category: Long and Completed
Aahh! No, you can't end it there!
What a great chapter. I can't wait for the next one!!
Ginny is one of the few surviving Weasleys after the War. With little money to her name, she has been working a low end job at a nearby restaurant to pay for her Healer training. It's been a long four years, but she has finally made it and earned her license. Problem is: there's only one position available, and the very idea of it is appalling. Slightly AU.Category: Long and Completed
I just started reading this today and I love it!! (reading 19 chapters at once is a great procrastination tool!) I love the way you are portraying both Draco and Ginny. It's a great story and I can't wait to read more soon
Author's Response: Glad to welcome a new reader! Thanks for reviewing!
Finally! The site hasn't let me in for two weeks and I've been dying to know how this ended. You didn't dissapoint, by the way! That was a great way to end it. I absolutely loved this entire story. Anything new in the works?
Author's Response: Thanks so much! I do have about five or six more stories that I'm working on, but I won't be posting them for a while. I'm taking a bit of a break to focus on my novel and some real life things that have come up. I won't be gone for very long because Draco/Ginny fanfiction is a very integral part of my life. I'm so glad you liked my story; I rather enjoyed it myself! ;)
The post-war world is hardly the utopia it claims to be. Freedom is an illusion, and getting into the good graces of those with power takes precedence over morals. In this unhappy world, can Ginny, forced into a marriage of convenience, find happiness? And does she know the people around her as well as she thinks?Category: Works in Progress
Great chapter! Please update soon!! :)
Author's Response: Thanks! And the update is coming :]
When Ginny loses her last job prospect, she thinks she's doomed to be just another poor Weasley forever, but through a surprising turn of events, she's whisked into a world of elegance and lavishness, and her formerly simple life becomes more complicated than she could have ever imagined.Category: Works in Progress
Please continue with this story! I love it so far!
