I read and read (and read and read), but since I have no creative juices whatsoever (and believe me, I've tried), you won't see me actually writing any fiction.

^_^ That was lovely. So sad that Ginny gave up Draco for her baby, but I know that she made the right choice. *cries at Draco and Ginny not being together*

Oh no. No no no. *cries for Ginny* Poor Ginny. Poor Steve. Poor Draco. I find myself wondering if Steve really loved her, because if he did, he'd accept whatever he could get from her, even if it's just best-friendship.

Has Annabelle been told that Steve and Ginny are getting a divorce? Because it sounds like they're lying to her for as long as they can until they have to tell her.

I hope Draco accepts Ginny back if she ever screws up the courage to go back to him.

You break my heart! I can't believe I can't even console myself with the fact that there's another chapter waiting to tell me what happens, because there isn't!

Make Ginny get Draco to stay! True love is too important to throw away like that. But then again, Draco should probably be a bit more flexible with the whole Annabelle thing. *sigh*

I loved -- "Bloody wanker," Draco seethed to himself. Ginny hid her smile by taking a drink from her glass. "He cheated on you? Is he blind?" ^_^

Update soon, please!

*clasps hand to heart* And for half the story you had me soooo worried thinking it was from Draco's POV. Thank you thank you thank you. I have been proved wrong and I'm sorry for ever thinking that of you.

I'm so glad Ginny gets her happy ending with Draco. :) "two people so in love deserved one another" indeed!

Author's Response: I\'m sorry for making you think bad thoughts about me! :D I am fluffy at heart- there was no chance that it would be Harry in the end, my friend.

*giggles* I reckon I love Blaise -- he's the perfect best friend for Draco and he's not afraid to tell him when he's being an arse. Which Draco is. What daughter of Molly Weasley would ever cheat on her fiancé? But then again, love and jealousy make you do things that you would normally never even think of doing.

I hope for Draco's sake that he can sweet-talk his way out of this one, for his sake. But Ginny needs to teach him to never ever think that about her again. Besides, it's a good opportunity for her to get him to do whatever she wants him to, don't you think? *evil cackle*

Loved it so far, and am just on my way to read the next chapter.

Author's Response: Thank you for the review. I love a woman with an evil cackle.

box of tea = tray of tea, maybe? And her = here (fifth para from the bottom)?

Ahhh... She forgives him (but looking at that gorgeous boy, who wouldn't?). I'm glad that D&G are back together again and how Ginny knew that Draco wanted to get out of there at the end. It makes me smile. And Paul and Hermione do also make me smile, even though I normally go for R/Hr. But since Ron was being a prat... *shrugs*

Are you going to write more or is this the end? I loved it. :)

Author's Response: Thank you for the review. There will be more as soon as I can figure out where to go next.

Hehehe... Draco *is* a manipulative bastard. But that's the Malfoy we know and love. ^_^ Poor Ginny, it's not going very good with getting the Slytherins to like her, is it? I can't believe that Narcissa would be so mean to her after what we saw of her at the start of HBP, but I guess it's just motherly instinct... maybe?

Can't wait to see what happens next and thanks for not taking long to update!

Author's Response: Thank you for the review. Ginny can\'t help herself when Malfoy bites her neck. *sigh*

"Did you give Ginny a crystal squid?" ^____^ I loved that.

And Blaise/Hermione? *gasp*

Poor Ginny... and Draco. I can just see him flinging crystal around to make himself feel better and I'm amazed he didn't cut himself with all the shards that must have been lying around.

The way Ginny left Draco reminds me of Henrik Ibsen's 'A Doll's House'. I didn't like Nora leaving her children, but I respect Ginny's decision here. Mostly because they aren't married yet.

I'm glad she's sensible enough to know to get out of the house and of his presence so that she can think clearly, but I really want a wedding too. *sigh*

Can't wait til your next update!

Author's Response: Thank you for the review. I remember Ibsen. I had to watch the movie version of The Doll House after I read the book. It starred Jane Fonda and it was really bad.

Always Mine by Angelsea585    (Reviews - 19)

It wasn’t simply her exquisite face, her lustrous hair or her graceful curves that moved the cynical poet within him – it was seeing it all bound before him, bent to any of his dark whims, and the slow death of the fire in her eyes that stirred his shadowed soul.

Unredeemed!Draco - smut-free, but too dark for firsties.

Deliciously dark. I wonder why I liked to see Draco tormenting Ginny so much, but I did. Wonderful, angsty, poignant, I shivered at the "Always mine" and loved it. Well done!

A Tale of Two Matchmakers by Kerichi    (Reviews - 524)

Romance for three couples when Blaise and Luna use Shakespearean styled matchmaking to hook up Ginny and Draco. There's Much Ado about...something!

Nominated for a Quicksilver Quill award for Best Romance- Non Canon on Mugglenet

* Written before the HBP, this tale presents an alternate sixth year in which Dumbledore lives, Draco is more than a foil to Harry, and Blaise Zabini is a girl. I hope readers who ship Draco/Ginny will enjoy the story which includes dancing with faeries, Celtic and Norse mythology, school holidays in London and Spain, and loads of fantasy and romance. "Is this a kissing book?" (to quote the Princess Bride) Yes, it is.*

*beams* Yay! It's up! Thanks for the A/N again!

I love this story. :) I got told I didn't need "yes men" too the other day. *sigh* Poor Ginny... she doesn't know it's all a set up. And that she's falling for it hook, line and sinker. Ah well... All in the name of love, eh? :P

So... did Myn cave or did you edit grammar after all?

Author's Response: Cave? No way! I was happy to edit, and hallelujah, I have a PI beta to make sure I\'ve capitalised the Potterwords and added the commas, etc, etc...in future chaps.

Hehe... I love the thought of Ginny "tossing and turning all night" thinking and dreaming of Draco. Man, that girl is in denial! :P

And I love Luna and Blaise getting together to play matchmaker. Their snark and banter make me smile, especially because it's Draco and Ginny -- who only need a little bit of a nudge to get together, because they're made for each other.

Yay for another chapter and hope you're having a good week.

Author's Response: I have the 3rd chap off to the beta, I\'ve got reviews, I\'m having a fab week! :D

I\'m so glad you love the matchmaking, and Ginny is Beatrice in her dogged dislike of \'Benedick\' until she thinks \'He likes me? He cares what I think about him?\' Denial in the beginning makes later chapters even more satisfying, lol.

Poor Ron, he's just so clueless that even Hermione hitting him over the head does nothing. Or rather, it doesn't spur his courage to make the move. Hermione makes me laugh -- and wonder if that's what I'm doing too when I hit my guy over the head. Oh dear.

Ginny's got it *bad* and it's only 3 chapters into your 50-chapter saga. I don't blame Blaise for shivering at Draco's attentions even though she has no interest in him *that way*. Poor, poor Terry, though. He's about as green with jealousy as Ginny.

Talk to you later. ^_^ Am enjoying re-reading this chapter by chapter. It reminds me of all the little things I missed when I rushed through it last time.

Author's Response: Ouch! I hope you don\'t have a text like Hogwarts - A History to hit your guy with! :D They say \'it\'s the little things that count\' so Yay for you re-reading and enjoying them!

*swoons* LOVE Draco. He's so obviously trying to get Ginny jealous. Too bad she's so easily manipulated. But it all works out for good in the end. ^_^

Now I really want to dance when I should be studying. *sways to the music*

You know I adore this fic -- but I'll just tell you again. :P And Snape deserves a Lorelei pretty soon, because he's awesome (at least to Slytherins!).

Have a fab rest of the week and talk to you on Friday!

Author's Response: The end justifies the means? I guess writers are Machiavellian, lol. Nothing wrong with dancing in between study sessions! :D Thanks for adoring the story and I hope you had a Happy Hallowe\'en!

I loved "Ginny sighed. Oh well, if she heard Dobby had been tied up and locked in a cupboard by the other elves, at least she'd tried." I can actually imagine Dobby being ambushed one day. If his behaviour to Harry is anything to go by.

Also love Draco questioning his motives. That's right! ^_^ One day. Can't wait to the detention scene with the flox. Really hope Luna gets Wesley soon, because she deserves better.

Laughing out loud at your play with names, and really wanting to try out my tango dress soon! Ginny's denial is priceless and Luna's deviousness at avoiding questions is great. She'd make a good Slytherin too with her 'off with the fairies' act.

Author's Response: Huzzah, your computer isn\'t wonky anymore! *throws confetti* Dobby ambushed- can\'t you see him tied with magic rope in the cupboard, muttering the other elves are \'jealous\' because he is free and friend to Harry Potter? :D I don\'t think Luna is all act, heh, more using her otherworldly tendencies to her advantage.

*laughs at Hermione* Your boy really doesn't have a clue. But then again, I should talk...

Well done! And can't wait for next chapter!

Author's Response: Don\'t you find that what irritates you in a character- or what you laugh at- reflects something in yourself? Makes reading fun, lol. :D

Argh! I hate the cat and mouse game that Draco and Ginny are playing. But it makes them getting together so much better... right? I loved you describing Draco as "cat-like". He's such a graceful boy. *sighs wistfully*

The Alopecia Extremis hex made me smile. Because Draco isn't a white knight, but who really wants one, really? He's a perfect best friend and Blaise is very lucky to have him. Ginny cornering him after detention was cute too. I'm glad she decided to give him another chance.

Author's Response: I almost aspirated Diet Coke reading your first comment. Next chap is more snake and bird but I think you\'ll really, really, enjoy it, and yeah, the harder they fight falling in love, the deeper you sigh when they do. :)

His Girl by Persephone33    (Reviews - 47)

Voldemort has been defeated and Harry and Draco have become reluctant friends. 'His Girl' features a lovesick Harry, a calm and collected Ron, a Hermione that drools over anything male and Slytherin, and a very sexually frustrated Ginny Weasley. When you throw in an after Quidditch party, an illicit love potion, and a couple of threesomes, you have a Hogwarts like you've never seen before! Book six is completely disregarded.

Oh Perse, you make me laugh. I'm glad you paired Ron and Hermione up and I'm sure Pansy will be good for Harry, since I don't really care who he ends up with.

It just goes to show, doesn't it, that the best plans go awry. And I love that all the Houses got together and fulfilled Dumbledore's dream of Interhouse Unity. Just... I don't know if it's all that realistic. The Houses had their rivalry ever since the start of Hogwarts and they'd been through Grindelwald too. *shrugs*

I loved it -- are you writing any more? And just so you know, I burnt my dinner halfway through reading this because I got so absorbed in it. :P Well done. ^_^

Author's Response: Glad you laughed, sorry you burned you dinner... Poor Harry. I don\'t care about him, either. No. No, none of this was realistic. Absolutely none of it, and... I\'m okay with that. In fact sometimes I like it more than canon stuff.

I loved it, personally. Ginny and Draco's relationship here was *perfect* and it tempts me to ask -- are you spying on me?! Because the things Draco says and the way he acts, they're exactly the same as a *certain* guy in my life. Too bad I'm not even up to the dancing on the rooftop bit. *sigh*

I love that Ginny used her rationalising to decide that Draco *was* what she wanted and that she didn't care what anyone thought. Also love the way Draco and Ginny got to know each other so well (even if they didn't know it) before all the romance started.

I'm a bit confused with part of one sentence though -- 'Suddenly, he wrapped one of his arms wrapped around her waist'

Did I mention I loved this story? And as you can see I have no self-control with special day fics either... *sigh*

Author's Response: Oh, thanks for pointing that sentence out! I totally missed it when I was proofing. Will go change it right now. (And of course, thanks for the wonderful review as well =D)

*squees* I absolutely loved it! My heart nearly broke when Kingsley was talking about how Draco'd been gone for 4 years and how Ginny had kept hoping and trusting and waiting.

And little Julian's so cute! Even though he's about 6, which really isn't that little anymore. I'm very glad that Draco came home after all and I think that Ginny's reaction to him is spot on. She would have a lot of things to deal with and would have to take her anger and confusion and hurt and all that from the past 4 years out on him... at least a bit.

I love a happy ending. ^_^

Author's Response: Thank you! Cute!Julian was great fun to write. I\'m glad you like him.

I love hearing about Draco and Ginny's spats. It makes me smile and Harry makes me want to throw a chair at him.

Loved it! And can't wait to see what you do with it!

Especially loved Draco -- "Boy Who Lived to Bug the Living Shite out of Everyone Else"! We D/G shippers like to manipulate "the Boy Who Lived" anyway we can, don't we? Right on! Even though Hermione laughing at it, is kind of questionable. A twitch of the lips, maybe, but I think Hermione has enough Hufflepuff qualities to not laugh just for Harry's sake.

Author's Response: Sigh. Hermione and I have issues, haha. I can\'t ever seem to get her just right. So, in defense from the top of my head, I\'m going to say that the laugh was really kind of from the ridiculousness of the whole situation. Draco\'s comment was really just the icing on the cake.
