Love the plotline of Ginny dealing with her Tom Riddle trauma by diving into DADA. Such a strong response :)

I'm pretty certain I've read this before, but it's good enough to read again, so here I am. Excellent beginning. I'm liking both characters, even if Draco is a nasty piece of work.

I read this on Fanfiction.net a long time ago and loved it there, so I'm rereading it here :D

Wow...I am intrigued. You do a very, very good canon Draco.

I was going to stop at this chapter tonight, as it's quite late, but I so need to know what's going to happen!

Well done!

Hi there!
I thought I could, even though I had a lot of hassle writing a real review, try to list up how much I liked this story, since (I suppose) it's a classic and the ideas and style of writing were completely irresistible! I'll do it chap after chap then:

Firstly, what I liked most:
- your interpretation of Ginny - meanwhile, it's AU, but it's still convincing, her fascination with DADA, nightmares, how her crush on Harry lessened...
- details! This first chap alone: Fleur as a teacher, Draco's "ban on Potter-bashing", Pansy and Blaise (I was never a fan of her and Draco, that's just too... simple), the boggart, the Riddle research, Trewlawney's hint or whatever it should be called... that was a very cool first chapter, that's for sure.
I think the whole fic has kind of an... atmosphere, that's getting clearer and more exciting in different parts. But it was definitely spellbinding.

wow- I love your characterisation, they're all canon in impulse but seem really carefully considered for each situation....though surely they could have whispered an 'I love you' somewhere?! kept me up till 3am, and I have an exam in the morning- that's how much I enjoyed this!!!

Hello. I think you are a brilliant writer. I stayed up 'til four o'clock in the morning reading chapters! It was so addicting and sweet. I read that last bit about you no longer writing. Anyway, I really enjoyed reading this story and you are a genius. :)

I'm enjoying this immensely so far. The passage of Ginny's fifth year was a bit too quick for my liking--I enjoy details of each year *smirks* However I'm sure it was necessary for the progression of the story.

I like the way you're keeping Draco very canon; I can't stand it when people let him become all saccharin-sweet. He can certainly care, but it's terribly out of character for him to be solicitous in any way without a great amount of background to establish the reasons--i.e., his maturing in some way.

Last note: integrating? Perhaps you were searching for ingratiating. It happens =)

I go to read chapter two with much anticipation!

Oh my! I neglected my home and children for an entire day because I was mesmerized by this story. Draco and Ginny seemed very IC. You can see the seeds of change planted in Draco, but he didn't turn into some sort of "super nice guy" overnight. Ginny is feisty, but not unbelievably so. The twists at the end really got me. I wasn't suspecting some of them. And I loved the ending. It wasn't tied up too perfectly (which can be annoying), instead there was a real feeling that Draco and Ginny would be able to work things out. It was a very enjoyable read. I'm recommending it to all my friends. I actually found this story via the "fandom classics" thread on LJ, but when I saw the review board here, I thought I'd let you know how much I loved your story. Thank you!

I loved this one, out of all the stories I've read on this site so far, yours was the best! I agree with the other review, you managed to keep Draco in character the whole time.

I really loved your story... Is the best d/g fanfiction ever! I think that the idea of the boggart was really great!!!

I really loved this story. I can't believe I've never read it before! Draco was so in character and I loved the sweet evolution of their relationship. There wasn't the pressure of definition or flowery sentiments. Definitely a classic in my book!
