This is hilarious! I can just see Ginny arguing with the statue and then arguing with herself. Her "bad" voice certainly knew what it was on about.

I have seen holy grail.... many many times. I dream of hamsters and elderberries. and I think drinking tea has done a great service to my fan fiction reading desires so I think I will put another pot of tea a brewin right now.

I love the internal conversation Gin's having with herself in this chapter. I like how you've made both of them fairly rational beings.

~I love her internal battle of the bed.~

Author's Response: I know I'd have the same problem in her place! XD

I was going to wait until I read all you have posted to review but the Holy Grail reference could not go unnoticed. I love this so far. Of course, anyone who has an appreciation of Monty Python and the Holy Grail is obviously a fantastic writer. (*ahem* Yes, I realize that makes no sense at all...)
"Bring out the dead!"
"Here's one."
"I'm not dead..."
(I do believe I could go on and on... Having half the movie memorized is obviously not healthy...)

I think I should shut up now...

Author's Response: Nah, don't feel bad. Everyone's got a movie they love with utter geekiness. Mine happens to be any MP flick, so I appreciate anyone that shares in that love! :)

"Now go away, before I taunt you a second time!"
That's my favorite scene in the entire movie, well, that and the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch.
Must keep reading!

Author's Response: *grins* I am a shameless MP fangirl.

you forgot to say the funniest part in the later scene with guard,
"you mother is a hampster, and you father smelt of elderberries!"
Oh, and i enjoy your humor so far. It actually is funny, unlike some that ive read.

Author's Response: Thank you! Humor is such an individual thing that it's hard to write well enough that a broad selection find it funny. I'm much better at sarcastic quips than physical humor, but somehow the Salazar statue channeling Monty python's french knight cracked me up.

Reading this again is just as good as Christmas! Almost! I've never seen Monty Python. My hubby doesn't trust me to get old movies after I made him watch A funny thing happened on the Way to theForum. HUgs, becky

aw, Draco is just a big baby. Sort of. The statue talks a bit like someone I know. I can very much identify with that sort of conversation. more soon, I should hope. Thank you.
