I have read so many fics in the past that Ginny didnt want to get involved with Draco b/c of her family. But from what we know Ginny in HP series, she doenst care what ppl think. She stands up when Ron was having a fit of her dating Michael Corner or Dean Thomas. Just a thought

While family opposition hasn't featured heavily in this fic, I do think that being so close-knit as the Weasleys are, Ginny would care what they think, especially if it's about a boy whose family they have never much liked or trusted. She may be able to stand up to Ron because of their closeness in age, but if the whole family, or even just her parents were against her, she might react differently, I think.
