So I'm kind of half asleep, but I wanted to catch up on these chapters, so bear with the reviews you're going to get.
I'm confused about the clock. I'm assuming it says 'home' for GInny now because the cottage thing is becoming her home, but I always thought it said 'home' only if the person was at the Burrow. Could be wrong.
Their drunken stint made me laugh.
Author's Response: Thanks again for reviewing - especially when sleep-deprived. And the clock thing is my romantic interpretation of it, so you are assuming correctly. It's been so long since I actually read the books, I'm not sure how specific JK ever gets into how it works. And it doesn't really specify at the lexicon. Anyway, glad you enjoyed their drunken celebration.

I was very excited to find this story updated today! I particularly like how we are getting to see what is going on outside the safe house in contrast with what is happening in the safe house, two totally different worlds and very interesting. Looks like things might get complicated! Can't wait for the next update!

Author's Response: Thank you! And it did say that she was at 'home', but in her mind, she is. Draco is her home. And the clock is just reflecting where she considers her true home to be. At least, that's my overly romantic interpretation of the clock. I don't think we know that much about how it functions from the books, but it's been a while since I read them all. But, the story is in three parts, 1 - in the house, 2 - inside and outside, and 3 - outside the house. We are entering Part 2. Anyway, I'm so glad you are enjoying it. Yay! I knew nothing had happened to her. So glad they were able to finally express their love for each other. I thought you did well with the love scenes - very tasteful, which is how I like it.
I'm a little sad the fluffy stuff seems to be going away, but I suppose that's how it works. Somehow, I think Draco and Ginny are both about to have their peaceful existence turned upside down.
Author's Response: Thank you! This love scene is more of a fade-to-black. Mostly because I don't feel comfortable writing anything too explicit - and this was the very first one I ever wrote. The scenes in Marry Me are about as dirty as it will get. :) And the fluff will last for a bit longer, but you are right. Things are going to change, maybe not exactly how you think, but it can't stay like this forever.
thanks for updating...not many fics are going on right now (with the fic exchange and holidays going on) so this made me quite happy.
ps I would loooooooove to have a glispe of what people are thinking on the other side of things (aka ginny's family...) cannot wait for them to be found! hopefully naked (cuz it would be so shocking!)

Iam head over heels for this story. I read what is already posted on ff. Its absolutely beautiful. I love your characterization of both Draco and Ginny. I have just been putting off reviewing in the hopes that fia updates would catch up ff but I just could not wait. This chapter is my absolute favorite. Draco is just so stinking cute in his persistance that Ginny stays the night.

Don't give up! It's a really good story, and I'd love to see where you take it. I like that there's some unanswered questions, like I'm not really sure if Snape is actually dead, or if he's just been unable to take the risk in coming there. I'd also like to see what happens with Harry when they do get out, since he seems to have a vendetta against Draco. I'd like to see him get a comeuppance for being a jerk.
