OH, I LOVE this opening. Really setting up Harry's stubborn self-conceitedness in a fresh way that makes me dislike him all anew. Ahhhh. Making room for Draco. :)

I like where you're going with this, but try not to overuse "bloody." It's easy to do.
Author's Response: Thank you, I will keep your advice in mind. I didn't realize it was so jarring as I was modeling it after people I know who frequently interject with their favorite swear word, especially in stressful situations.

Ahh, Harry. You are so oblivious sometimes.
I like the fact you actually had this from Harry's perspective. He still comes off as a bit of a jerk, but at least I can understand what he's trying to do, rather than just want to shake him. Too many DG authors make Harry out to be a prat.
Don't blame Gin for reacting the way she did. It's a silly plan and will backfire regardless.
