and so it was only when she died that he heard any news of her.
This line smacked me upside the head. I reread it hoping I'd misread it the first time. No such luck. This was a powerful story.
I'd like to suggest you change the summary because I passed this fic over several times before deciding to read. The summary made me think it was a poem and I don't read a lot of poems. Just a suggestion. The fic is wonderful.
Author's Response:
Thank you. :)
Both for the review and the tip about the summary. I think I will, if not get rid of the poem, at least accompany it with something more summary-ish. I certainly don't want to lose potential readers. Thanks.
It seemed ridiculous to Draco. Why would anyone want to sit under the Whomping Willow? The tree hit people, for Merlin's sake, and yet there was no mistaking the girl now sitting under the shade of the brutal branches.Category: Completed Short Stories
What a cute idea for a story. Good job.
Author's Response: Thank you! But I can't lay total claim to the idea. I actually wrote this as a birthday gift for Lia, who, I believe, goes by Incognito here. She had an old prompt left over from an exchange that she suggested I could write. I thought the idea was so adorable and cute that I knew I had to write it.
Ginny Weasley was on a mission: get Draco Malfoy's attention or die trying. She would prefer to skip the dying part, though…Category: Long and Completed

I love how Ginny thinks Harry messed up 'the moment'. the reference to being hit with a brick by cupid was great too. Good job.
Author's Response: Thanks! I had a lot of fun writing Ginny in this. She's so crazy and young. I should have the next chapter updated soon.
Draco and Harry are both after Ginny, demanding that she make a choice between them. She chose neither. That was a decision, wasn't it? Apparently, they didn't think so.Category: Completed Short Stories
My husband interrupted me twice while I was reading this. I snapped at him. I loved the way she described Draco. He knew she was broken and convinced her it wasn't a bad thing. *Sigh* Now, must go make amends with hubby.
Author's Response: Lol, good luck. Thanks for the review. I'm rather flattered to think I can make people snap and their husbands!
Ginny finally has everything she's ever wanted. The boy of her dreams, top grades, and a way to finally break into the Golden Trio. When perfection turns out to be less than perfect she finds herself seeking solace in another journal. When this journal writes back, she is understandably worried—until she discovers the person writing back is a fellow student. A fellow student who refuses to divulge his identity. Does she want to know who this mystery person is? Or has she already revealed too much of herself?Category: Works in Progress
H is a doofus.
Author's Response: Haha, Ginny agrees! As does the rest of the planet, but don't tell Harry! :P
If she doesn't dump Harry immediately I'm going to be ticked.
Author's Response: Hehe, no pitch forks and torches please :)
I have a lump in my throat and my eyes are full of tears.
It had been six months since Ginny and Malfoy had set off to Brazil to track down alleged dark activity deep within the Amazon Rainforest. Over three months since anyone had had contact with them. Mrs. Weasley had been frantic upon learning that no one had heard from her baby in a month, but the Ministry had assured everyone that they were trained Aurors and the best in their field, and that they were probably lying low and trying not to draw attention to themselves. A month after that even the Aurors had started to get anxious, rumbling that the disappearance of Weasley and Malfoy confirmed their suspicions of deeply dark activity in the South Americas.Category: Works in Progress
I'm intrigued. Who is chasing them and why? Plus their attitudes toward each other are quite realistic. On a disturbing note, why do I find a bossy Blaise sexy?
To Draco’s great delight, Ginny is properly introduced to her hormones.Category: Works in Progress
He rationalised that if everything he thought about himself were true, then how could he be arrogant?
Love this line. It rings true to his character. Good job.
*Sigh* Draco in gray cashmere. What a lovely thought.
Skeptical of Muggle Christmas traditions, Ginny writes her own letter to Santa, unaware of the surprise that awaits her under the tree.Category: Completed Short Stories
Your last line made me laugh. Good job.
Author's Response: Then my work here is done. Thanks! :D
In the true spirit of Christmas, Draco and Ginny look beyond their prejudices for one night.Category: Completed Short Stories

After the war, they rebuild.Category: Long and Completed
The mortar was funny. What an original idea.
Did you ever accidentally hit submit before you were done with a review? Not sure how I managed that. I am loving this fic. Ginny wanting to fight with Malfoy to make life feel like before the war is brilliant. The love scene by the lake was fabulous. I can't wait for more.
...her lips were cold and dry against the tiny hand that had fallen loose of the blankets, his green stuffed dragon hanging limply from his fingertips. If she placed her hand gently against his chest, she could feel his heart thrumming quietly within him, and the panic that had been slowly building in her chest dissipated...Category: Completed Short Stories
Okay...that was dark and twisted. You certainly know how to set a mood. The description of the boots was very disturbing. I'm going to go hug my dog.
Author's Response: Thanks! It certainly seems to have done what I have intended it to do- Maybe you can read something really fluffy and that will help. :) Thanks again for reviewing!
A sixth-year ensemble comic romance. It could be standing before you, needing a bit of a push. Or sitting beside you, waiting for you to let go. Perhaps it's sneaking up from behind, hoping you will turn around. But sometimes, love falls from a clear blue sky, and you just have to catch it. How do you decide which is the right path, when you're only sixteen? Seamus/Dean, Harry/Hermione, Draco/Ginny, Ron/Padma.Category: Works in Progress
AHHHH! I hit the next button and there wasn't a next chapter to go to. I love this story. I found it today and read straight through. I love the Harry Hermione thing you have going. I can't wait for Seamus and Dean to get together. Thank god Draco finally came to his senses.
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I'm pleased you liked the other couples in the story. Draco, you know, he gets there! I'm so glad you are enjoying my story!
Author's Response: Thanks! I've posted through the end of the story now!
A late night craving for a smoke sends Ginny Weasley out into the snow, where she finds the most unlikely of persons...with more than desirable results. Hedonism never looked quite as good as Draco Malfoy!Category: Completed Short Stories
I liked the 'no one important' bit. That was like waving a red flag at a bull.
Author's Response: Nice comparison, I think. Draco's a lot more single-minded sometimes than Ginny is.
Again, sorry for the late review.
Just because the war is over doesn't mean everything's okay. There are some things magic can't fix.Category: Completed Short Stories
I love how this fic shows the possibility of a relationship developing between D and G but doesn't jump into. It seems more realistic this way.
Author's Response: I did consider it, but in the end it really wasn't right. That was why I mentioned that the kiss could have happened, though, because I almost could have written it there.
Ginny Weasley has a secret obsession. Until now, she thought it was harmless. Then she met Draco Malfoy.Category: Long and Completed
I love how Luna handled Blaise. LB is one of my favorite pairings.
Author's Response: Thank You for reviewing. I love your stories so much. I love Luna and Blaise too. :)
Sometimes, Ginny just wanted to break mirrors so she'd be certain to live for another seven years. She wondered if seeing her face splinter like Draco's mind already had would be worth it.Category: Works in Progress

I was going to be really ticked off if this was a one-shot. I'm so glad it's not. The part about Fred being blind snuck up on me. I like how you let the reader figure it out slowly. It had more impact that way.
Author's Response: That would be a really intense one-shot, wouldn't it? Haha. No, it's chaptered, albeit slowly chaptered because I was busy with high school and college and track and soccer and basically everything but fanfiction. But! I'm out of all four now, so things will be updated much more quickly. A lot of things in this story snuck up on *me*, too, because I'm not really planning it. I do like that you liked the way it was revealed, too. Thanks for the review!
Your Draco is scary-crazy.
Author's Response: Sometimes he gives me goosebumps. o.o Thanks for the review!
A marriage is a great time of firsts. For Draco and Ginny Malfoy, these might be a little out of order. So what's wrong with being a little unorthodox? [AU, arranged marriage]Category: Completed Short Stories
I love how he ponders saying her first name and what it will mean.
Author's Response: Me too, the surname conundrum is one of my favorite things to think/write about DG. :)
Ginny goes back to Hogwarts for her sixth year without Harry, Ron, Hermione, Colin, Dean... and countless others. Not to mention she's had one of the worst summers of her life. Could someone unexpected be the end to her misery?Category: Works in Progress
Keep going. You're headed in the right direction :)
When it came to giving up everything, no one would ever believed that Draco would do it. But if it mean choosing between Ginny and his family, well, he could only be pushed so far.Category: Completed Short Stories
I am grinning like an idiot. Good job.
Author's Response: aw thanks my dear! :D
