*COMPLETE* Destiny knew better than to bring these two together. One man, determined to draw back an errant Malfoy, is not so wise, and Ginny soon finds herself caught up in events that are not quite Fate.Category: Long and Completed
What is Nott up to?! His staring at Ginny is quite disturbing, to say the least. I'm loving the progression of the relationship- Ginny's still in denial, but she's getting there ;). Another lovely chapter!
:D That was wonderful- that's all I need to say.:D
Harry's back?! No!!! Oh, dear, there are so many questions still! What's the deal with Nott? Is Pansy going to go even crazier? Gah, so many. Thanks for putting in the D/G cuddle to tide us over, though ;).
Sequel to Break in the sun (till the sun breaks down). For a few blissful hours, the differences between them did not matter. But as Draco and Ginny struggle with their budding relationship, they must soon discover that many things separate them still - family, friends and society as well as their own explosive tempers. The future they want for themselves comes at a price, and reconciling what they each want out of life is a challenge that might just break them apart...Category: Works in Progress
Wonderful, as always...and yay! Ginny isn't completely estranged anymore...can't wait until the next chapter!
Author's Response: :) Yeah, there will be more Weasley stuff soon, I think. Thanks for reviewing!
:D Lovely, as always. *fans self* And the garden scene was really... something. Great job!
Author's Response: Teehee, a little smut was in order, wasn't it? Glad you enjoyed it, thanks!
NOOOOOOOO! OMG, you're evil! *sobs bitterly*
But I still loved it. I'm such a masochist.
Author's Response: Lol! Thanks! I\'m glad you enjoyed it after all.
Goodness me, this chapter was amazing! I was so afraid you were going to kill Draco off for a minute there, and then where would Ginny be? And who was the shooter?! Ugh, so many questions... I'm already eager for more! (but take your time, of course- no pressure here, nope, none at all :P)
At a masquerade, Ginny meets someone intriguing.Category: Completed Short Stories
Yay! This was such a fun story, and I love the romance novel feel it has to it. Lovely!
Author's Response: Thanks you! I\'m glad you liked it. The romance novel thing was a surprise to me because I\'ve only read one in my lifetime and it spawned this fic! - SWMF
Category: Long and CompletedRomance for three couples when Blaise and Luna use Shakespearean styled matchmaking to hook up Ginny and Draco. There's Much Ado about...something!
Nominated for a Quicksilver Quill award for Best Romance- Non Canon on Mugglenet* Written before the HBP, this tale presents an alternate sixth year in which Dumbledore lives, Draco is more than a foil to Harry, and Blaise Zabini is a girl. I hope readers who ship Draco/Ginny will enjoy the story which includes dancing with faeries, Celtic and Norse mythology, school holidays in London and Spain, and loads of fantasy and romance. "Is this a kissing book?" (to quote the Princess Bride) Yes, it is.*
Loved the Simpsons reference!
Author's Response: Thank you for having both good taste and a good sense of humor! ;)
Ahh! Marvelous Princess Bride references!!
Author's Response: Thanks! It's hard to believe the Princess Bride is twenty years old, and yet it's so timeless, I'm sure it will be showing on cable in another twenty, lol. I heart Wesley forever!
Teehee, that was a pleasant surprise! Yay, Blaise and Terry are back together! And why do I get the feeling that Draco and Ginny are going to be found out by the Trio any moment now? Great chapter :)
Author's Response: Ta, Thanks! If by 'any moment' you mean after Easter Holiday, then yes, your feeling is spot on! It has to build, and hopefully build soon if I remember to submit another chapter each time one is accepted! ^_^
Omg, it's like you know my favorite movies! I just watched Muriel's Wedding Saturday! Another awesome chapter!
Author's Response: Waterloo - I was defeated, you won the war .
Waterloo - Promise to love you for ever more.
Waterloo - Couldn't escape if I wanted to.
Waterloo - Knowing my fate is to be with you.
wooh wooh wooh ...
Waterloo - Finally facing my Waterloo.
That was the shining moment of the film for me. Loved the name 'Porpoise Spit' for a town, though, heehee
Omg, it's like you know my favorite movies! I just watched Muriel's Wedding Saturday! Another awesome chapter!
Author's Response: A deja vu review...there's been a glitch in the Matrix! Cool. :D Thank you!
Wow! Where have I been? There are about four more chapters than I expected. They were great, but AHH! the cliffhanger! Don't keep me waiting too long, woman :P
Author's Response: Three chapters posted today...it was a good day for editing! :D I'm going to try and update a couple of chapters every day, so you won't have long to wait.
No!! Why do the paparazzi show up at just the wrong time? I loved Draco's birthday presents for Ginny, so sweet. Can't wait until the next chapter :D!
Author's Response: I think the paparazzi are opportunists. They might be at the beach, but if they see a 'money shot' they take it! :D
YAY! Captain Hook! Now all you need to do is find a way to work in the wonderful Captain Jack Sparrow ;). Loved the French in this chapter, c'est incroyable!
Author's Response: Merci beaucoup!
Great chapter!
Author's Response: *Takes off Musketeer hat, bows with a flourish.* Merci!
What a wonderful almost-ending! *goes of to read Dealing with Dragons*
Author's Response: Dealing with Dragons is Draco first person pov, so it didn\'t go with the story, but I hope you\'ll think it makes a nice finishing touch! :)
I'm just going to be honest. He's good looking, alright? That thought doesn't scare me. But sharing a moment with him? Now that was scary...Category: Works in Progress
Haha, I really liked this chapter!
This sentence in particular:
In the precise moment my foot moved to the next stair, I got an eyeful of a semi-shirtless young man, and it hit me like a slap in the face.
-set me off and I had to stifle my snort of laughter so I wouldn't scare my roommate. The rest was just as hilarious. I think this is the first fic with Ginny in first person that I actually like.
Well done!
Author's Response: Hey! Thanks a lot for taking the time to review, I really appreciate it. You know, I'm with you on the first person thing- normally I really dislike it. I think that's why I decided to write this story- I wanted to do something different with it and really utilize the ability to get in Ginny's head. It's awesome to hear that you like it. Heehee, I'm glad that I made you laugh (almost) too!
Great chapter...I'm eagerly awaiting their talk... :D
Author's Response: Thanks a lot! I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for taking the time to review!
Award-winning fic from the D/G Fic Exchange on LJ. "His body lies cold and still beside her; his mouth is open, an O, and his hair is drying, feathery, in wisps, over his closed eyes. That fair skin; that nearly white hair. Dead, he looks so young...."Category: Long and Completed
The dark and tragic story of a journey Under...based on the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice.
Hey, I read this on the actual exchange and I think I commented, but I just have to say again that this is one of the most beautiful angst-fics I've ever read. It was just such a powerful story, and the ending! It almost killed me- but in a good way. Wonderful work!
Draco and Ginny in a dark, post-War romance. Draco stumbles around. Ginny catches him, sort of.Category: Completed Short Stories
This was very nice to read :)
Author's Response: Thank you, eliagem! -fallenwitch
Late for Quidditch training, Draco doesn't think to pause before he enters the change rooms.Category: Long and Completed
Poor Draco, being exposed to the Weasley brothers like that. Hopefully, Ginny will make it up to him later. :D
Author's Response: It was never going to be pleasant and if given the choice he would have never put himself in that situation, so it\'s probably a good thing they forced him ;)
Draco wants Ginny, but she knows it's only a prank...right?Category: Completed Short Stories
Early Christmas morning, not a Malfoy or Weasley was stirring...except Draco and Ginny, who met for Christmas breakfast and ended up making a meal of Christmas kisses.Category: Completed Short Stories
*A Tale of Two Matchmakers outtake*
Awww! Lovely and sweet :) I like how you can make loving Draco so believable without being too fluffy. I know I'm not the only one that hates when they make Draco all sunshine and daisies, hehe.
Author's Response: If he 'changes' his Slytherin nature for Ginny, what kind of warped love is that? She has to love him as he is, endearing flaws and all, or she's not worthy of him...and I'd be up the creek, because I refuse to write about him with anyone else! :D
